I've run into some glitches/issues when setting up reports that don't function as intended. The workflow for setting up very dynamic reports is terrible.

Then, I found out the hard way there is no support, just a knowledge base. For something that expensive, I would expect to be able to call when I have a problem.

The UI isn't very intuitive, and it's difficult to drag and reorder items.

Can't color or duplicate in items in the diagram maker that you have to pay 3x's as much for. Complex pricing plans are hard to get purchase approvals for.
