Seamless integration with our ERP system, reporting and ease of reconciliation to our records are awesome. There is no need to maintain Sales Tax tables internally.

The long process of data entry pays off when you can retrieve information with minimal searching. This system defaults are too limited and lack enough information.

Cons

Reminds me of the old Microsoft model (maybe still current model?) and it can be very irritating. If you have a tax problem, the last thing you need is more costs and a wait time.

They charged us up front for a year and then provided little to no support in implementation. It's impossible to get a response from them.
