In my overall experience with Taggg, I found it to be a helpful tool for organizing and managing my digital content through its robust tagging system. The intuitive interface and efficient search capabilities made it easy to locate specific items, improving my productivity and reducing the time spent searching for files. With expanded integration options, Taggg has the potential to become an indispensable tool for individuals or teams seeking efficient content organization across multiple platforms.
One of the features I liked most about Taggg was its intuitive and efficient tagging system. It allowed me to easily categorize and organize my digital content, such as images or documents, using custom tags. The ability to quickly search and retrieve specific items based on tags proved to be a valuable time-saving feature.
One aspect that I found less favorable about Taggg was the limited integration options with other platforms or cloud storage services. While it offered effective tagging functionality within its own platform, seamless integration with popular cloud storage providers or productivity tools could further enhance its usability and convenience.

Best aspect of Taggg is its using the calender overlays for arranging the meeting times.
Taggg would be excellent if there were more advance features in calender module.

We use it daily and today I don't see another alternative for meeting appointments
It has synchronization with google and microsoft calendars, working very well. Other interesting syncs are zoom, zapier, google meet (we use this a lot) and ring4. There is the possibility to request new integrations for analysis by the taggg team. The ability to open the tool and find who I want to schedule a meeting with and that appears on both calendars is incredible.
The biggest difficulty is getting other people to use the tool. With our in-house team it was easy and everyone is using

Such a cool tool that solves a problem I didn't even know I had. Whenever I need to meet with a contractor, client and team members, I just add them to Taggg, and Taggg finds the earliest time everyone can meet, then puts the meeting into their calendar. No back and forth. No slacking and emailing trying to find a time to meet. Calendly works great if you just want one person to schedule a meeting with you, but if you need to meet with 5 people ASAP, there's no earthly way of doing it faster than with Taggg
I love being able to open up Taggg, pick the people I want to meet with and click "Book" and immediately have the meeting show up on our calendars at the time we are all available. Used to have to Slack people, coordinate times, send out a link, have them pick a time, etc. What took me 1-2 days before now takes about 2 minutes.
Would love to have a feature that demands an agenda before the meeting. If they don't fill out the agenda they can't schedule with me. SMS reminders would be great.

Once you set up connections inside the product, it's as easy as saying: let's meet and it only takes a few clicks for any of us to organize the meeting without changing any other messages about availability and what date/time works best.
I don't have a lot of my connections using the software yet, but that is starting to change.

It's easy to use, easy to implement and works well compared to other solutions on the market.
The UI could be clearer but it's a minor issue and not something that affects the overall experience.

I work with many different teams. As a solo business, I'm looping in multiple different team members from different companies on a weekly basis. Simple bookable links are great, but they get frustrating when working with a client's team & external partners. The same goes for prospect calls. Taggg really is built with the whole team in mind. Calendly works great, but Taggg builds on top of it and fills in what's missing for teams.
I don't really have anything negative to say about it at the moment. It does what it's designed to do and does it beautifully.

Taggg is one of my favourite scheduling tools! I love how simple and intuitive it feels. The best bit? Scheduling group meetings with connected contacts has never been easier, which is a huge relief when you have a busy schedule. It's quickly become my go-to for managing meetings.
A few small bugs but nothing that prevents me from using it on a regular basis.

The BookNow feature of Taggg is a big timesaver. If you connect with people over the platform you can book a meeting with them based on their set schedule, without the unnecessary back an forth.
There are some minor UI/UX items I feel could improve the overall product usability.
Great to see you have started using the BookNow feature and are scheduling meetings instantly with your connected contacts. No more sharing your scheduling link all the time or bookmarking all your contact's scheduling links right!? Game changer.
We are a small team and we work with other small teams and contractors. Often, its a huge pain to coordinate meetings, since we can't just go to Google Calendar and see. So where other booking products make it easy for someone to book an available time on my calendar, Taggg actually shows a combined calendar and suggests mutual time that work for all users connected. For example, we were working with a recruiter to hire a developer. So you have me, my business partner, the recruiter and the talent. With Taggg, the recruiter, in real-time, found a slot that works for all 4 of us and send only 1 Slack message to do it. This is impossible with anything else out there. Once you experience this, you realize how much you need it.
Honestly, the hardest thing is explaining to people what it is. They have to experience it. Calendly or other booking tools forces the person you send the link to to look at their calendar and pick a time. With Taggg, the recipient just connects and the mutual time slots are shown. Its the perfect solution to inter-company coordination.
