I use Salesforce a lot for contacts, leads, campaign management and execution, and opportunities

2018-04-19

Pros

It is easy to use and you can do a lot of things with it. You can manage the contacts/leads that you have and build campaigns in them as well

Cons

It doesn't always integrate fully with our other software that we use to manage our orders (Netsuite). there is some communication error.

We used to use netsuite. I think salesforce is much easier and intuitive.

Pros

I love how customizable it is. I feel like any time we need something added, it is something that salesforce can help us do

Cons

sometimes the reporting is a bit frustrating, but we can usually get the help we need.

Great for Software Companies

Pros

The Software is easy to use, works well in conjunction with NetSuite, our company uses this software for few years, and never had any technical difficulties.

Cons

easy to use, allows multiple users, great support. I like the fact that software allows quarterly payment as oppose to annual renewal. The price of the software id faire

Not as user friendly and awesome as everyone says

2018-08-08

It's good but not great.

Pros

I previously used Netsuite at my last job for managing customers, sales, etc.

Cons

They just changed the UI which is completely different and slows down my work. All the things I use more frequently are now on the fringe or in the background rather than being front and center. Luckily, for the time being they are allowing us to switch to the classic view but I'm sure that will end soon. Change is never good.

Salesforce Review

2019-03-27

Pros

- Central area for all sales comms and docs - Easy to record stages of every opportunity

Cons

- Netsuite integration does not have the easiest user flow - creates more steps for the user - Adding in/changing the quote lines and opportunity team members has proven to be difficult once things are locked in

Former NetSuite user

Pros

I had used NetSuite in the past.

Cons

It does not work with Oracle, which was surprising since it is compatible with so many other systems.

Recommendations to others considering Salesforce Sales Cloud

I believe there is a free trial period. Try that and if you want to go with it, all of the work you did on the free trial will transfer over to your purchased program.

As a company, we moved from Sugar to Netsuite, and then decided SFDC was the better choice 2 years later.
