Pros

Love the functionality and ability to check in on multiple projects/buildings. The software has proven to be a stable platform.
This program has been designed to be very user friendly, the staff all love the options and how quick they can submit a work order. Tracking of the progress is also a great feature.
Tikkit has been extremely useful in handling service call issues with our tenants. It is easy to use and the customer support that we have been given has been great.

Pros

The strengths of this software are that it is very easy to implement and to use. It is easy to onboard service providers.
And that is the essence of a good system where the whole community is involved and one can see how her/his issue is resolved in near real time.
Simple is key and that's the main adjective to it. KISS: Keep it Simple and Straightforward fits this software perfectly.

Cons

Unless I am missing something, right now it does not send an email reminder.
Seemed a bit odd that I received a proposal to add a second location. If I would have known that up front, I probably would have used another vendor.
Sometimes emails would get lost in an inbox or forgotten. Now with Tikkit, we are able to keep our work order system more organized and assignments and accountability more defined.

Cons

As said above, the reporting of problems is often a bottleneck in traditional systems whereby one will see the problem and will have to call/email/ or phone the helpdesk to report it.
From taking the decision to having it running, no more than a week passed by.
Integration with our existing CAFM is possible but the overlap of functionalities has made it difficult for our IS teams to draw the line.
