Pros

It’s so easy to use and learn. The support team is wonderful, they have been there to help me with every question I had.
The software is easy to learn, the reports to track maintenance are awesome this software is easy to use great value for the price.
Locations and have it designed for our needs. The support that comes with the software is amazing and were always handy to help with our needs.

Pros

Overall, AssetTiger is a great asset tracking software platform. It allows small businesses to track their assets as well cost and location of the assets.
We have been using assettiger for about a year and overall asset tracking has been made super easy. A great feature they offer is being able to scan from a mobile device.
Free to use under 250 pieces of asset, very easy to use and customize to your needs. You can create your own labels (I did QR Codes, printed with P-Touch) and it works great.

Cons

It is difficult to use the device. Many users were very frustrated.
Have not come across anything I dislike about the software.
Parts of the system is hard to understand - there has to be a master set up which should be able to be turned off if there is only one location.

Cons

They retroactively started charging us with no notice. If this has happened to you just call and complain, they are refunding this without a fight because they know it is shady as hell.
Email system barely works and the customer service is extremely vague and unhelpful.
The 'reserve' function is missing but it is in the process of being implemented so this won't stay a 'cons' for long.
