Pros

Our Customers love follow on tracking for their own personal use. We have so many reports and great information at our finger tips to help our business as well as our customers.
We are able to effectively track our assets in real time and have confidence when reporting for tax purposes that we are using accurate information. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The members of the TrackAbout team are very knowlegable and easy to work with. If you are looking for a system to track your assets, TrackAbout offers the best system out there.

Pros

Overall, AssetTiger is a great asset tracking software platform. It allows small businesses to track their assets as well cost and location of the assets.
We have been using assettiger for about a year and overall asset tracking has been made super easy. A great feature they offer is being able to scan from a mobile device.
Free to use under 250 pieces of asset, very easy to use and customize to your needs. You can create your own labels (I did QR Codes, printed with P-Touch) and it works great.

Cons

Very well on the track of the barcodes, but when the barcode is lost, missing or replace its hard to conciliated the new with the old information.
App will occasionally crash on my phone smacking it difficult to complete a job without rebooting my phone.
No direct access to database for reporting. Some of the reporting is limited but custom reports can be built.

Cons

They retroactively started charging us with no notice. If this has happened to you just call and complain, they are refunding this without a fight because they know it is shady as hell.
The 'reserve' function is missing but it is in the process of being implemented so this won't stay a 'cons' for long.
Still the skeptic in me is still waiting for the gotcha.
