I really like having everything in one system so that I don't need to flip between different software or rely on pen and paper. We've found the software to be easy to use and the team is always open to feedback about how to improve the system. Most importantly, we have increased revenue and reduced costs by using Tract.
I don't have any complaints. I'm glad they built a new mobile app to work on all mobile devices so that I don't have to purchase iPads for all my technicians.

Tract was able to provide a solution that allowed me to track both my vehicles and assets (Bobcat, trailers, and heavy machinery) in the same application. Tract's solution provides significantly more data points than their competitors, and at a lower cost.
Although the software and vehicle tracking devices are simple and easy to use, the need to recharge the Asset tracking unit makes it necessary to go get the unit when the low battery alarm is received so that it can be recharged. Not sure if there is a solar power offering, but that would make it easier for me than going to get the units once a month.

I've always said that Tract is doing what nobody else can- giving me the ability to manage my business in a single application. Tract's software has allowed us to replace our paper process and stand-alone systems, like our POS, with a single application, giving us real time access to all of our data, something that we could never do before.
Initially Tract didn't have all the functionality that I was looking for, but thankfully the team at Tract had a vision and plan to bring these forward.
