It has been great! I think in the beginning there was definitely some frustrations in trying to have it programmed the way we wanted, but once we were all on the same page it wasn't long having it corrected and it has been working perfectly since.
It is very user friendly and I like that we are saving paper by no longer needing to use sign in sheets.

Their rep provided above and beyond customer support. I work with software support for various applications frequently. I have never had such a positive experience. I called to find out about resetting a license. The rep stayed on the phone with me as we worked through numerous challenges with the hardware running the application (iPad and Brother 820 label printer). He was knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly and professional. Thanks so much!
I was mainly impressed with the customer experience.
My job is to provide support for networking hardware and computers, so I don't use this software unless the hardware running it is malfunctioning.

With the help of their tech support, we've been able to create the customized workflow our customers experience when visiting our facility. It's sure to add a high degree of professionalism to our visitor experience.
Our company purchased the services of Traction Guest and we've relied on their tech support to get our fine tuning set up. No matter via email or phone, their support has been top notch.
No dislikes at this time and we're up and running.

The possibilities to actually embed the software into your overall company branding are unbeatable in the market. It can seamlessly integrate with whatever brand you have and it will look like a self-developed product. Really important when you are a tech company.
Sometimes the editor is a bit... unresponsive. But that's a rare occurrence. Overall I don't have any complaint.

The fact that you can edit the experience is by the far one of the best things. It definitely helped in knowing who was in the facility and who they work for. The badges are also great. Different badges for different purposes on the facility. It makes it easier to identify who is doing what.
I think one of the few cons would be in regards to the badges. At first they are a little tricky to handle and get used to but after proper guidance from one of the customer rep, it worked out fine.

UI is solid. It's easy to use, and clean and clear. Does exactly what it's supposed to, which is guest check in, and does it well.
We need it to work with Salesforce, but the integration with Salesforce is pretty minimal. Wish it can do more.

I want you to know that Traction Guest has a very deep integration with Salesforce which gives you the flexibility to take the data collected during sign-in and map it back to your Salesforce instance. I spoke with Vankie about your Salesforce idea and although it's not something we offer now, we both thought it's really cool. We've already shared it with our Product team. The software is extremely intuitive during the set-up and configuration process. I really like the ability to customize as well. The final results is a professional and consistent platform for all of our visitors.
I've been using the system for about a week and I haven't found any gaps in the process. The customer support is extremely professional and helpful at all times.

After 2 weeks testing I can see some gaps in terms of reporting, there are no analytics applied to the data In my opinion paying $95 monthly and not having a strong reporting section is sad

I was tasked to roll-out, document and train the implementation of the system at several of the locations.
The software was easy to use, but the best feature was the excellent customer service provided by Jovito Salem and Ryan. They were easy to schedule, and explained things clearly. They went out of their way to assist. World-class customer service.

We hired traction guest as an easy solution for all our liability waivers. The customer's service and guidance especially with our rep have been great. The overall performance of the system is great as well with the exception of few minor customization adjustments we will like to see improve the shortly. We will like to have perhaps some lists of current updates that the system holds as of 2017.
Very easy to implement and get the job done with minor bugs and crashes.
Lack of specific customization.
Thanks for the review Ion. We appreciate the suggestion on the option to turn off the visitor email confirmation. The timing is funny on that as we just added the capability last week. You just need to let someone in Customer Success know and they can deactivate this on your account (we'll go ahead and do that for you now).

Traction Guest is extremely flexible while being easy to use. the system provides a simple user interface for registering guests configured through an easy-to-use graphic workflow screen. The company is in a rapid development mode continually enhancing the system with new capabilities and features. We were able to deploy an "unmanned" kiosk while maintaining validation of background checks, visitor logging and dynamic badging for all of our visitors. This has been a significant productivity and cost saving addition for our firm.
Initial start up of the system was slower than expected while new features were being developed. Now that many of them are complete, the system is fully operational and working well.

Traction Guest has helped us check in clients and notify their hosts quickly and easily. The sign in process is very customizable as well. I am able to add new features and change the over all process in no time if need be. Bryan has been amazing at helping us with any questions we have had and provides a fast response every time! I would definitely recommend Traction to others.

The hosts list does not scroll all the way to see all the names on our IPad device, although if you search the name it pops up.

It is so easy to use, and set up. Guests really like the sign in process, always commenting on how efficient it is. The customer service team are second to none! Their response time is always so quick and no question is too little or annoying!
I have not come across any cons yet, although it would be great if you were able to preview any changes you make before saving them. I am able to use a second iPad to view the changes as I make them so not a big deal but would be a great addition!

The ease of use. The notification system is great. A guest arrives and you are notified via email, text or both.
The product was easy to set up and easy to use. Guest and employees have quite receptive to the new sign in process.
The only con at this point is an issue with the badges but not the products. The recommended badge forms we are currently using have adhesive problems. This is not a reflection of the overall product.

I really like how detailed and easy-to-use the visitor experience tool is. This tool allowed us to add exactly what we needed for each of our visitor categories without needing any coding or developing experience. The interface itself is also very usable.
I wish that the software allowed organizations to tailor a fixed message of general visitor info for the pre-registration portion and upload documents without having to enter them each time you want to pre-register a visitor or send them separately. It would also be nice to both pre-register AND send an email invite simultaneously to the visitor without having to do each step separately.

We just entered those into our development team for consideration and prioritization. As a quick heads up, in our next release the invite email will automatically pick up the name and email address of the person sending it (instead of having to enter it manually). Very intuitive for users. And when I had questions, response time from customer service was same day. They never left me hanging out there with no response.
You do have to spend time with Customer Advocate to set-up how the app will work for your company. But it goes very quickly and they are extremely knowledgeable.

We know who is in the building, who they are here to see and when they have leave. And even if no one is at the front desk the host knows they have someone here to see them.
How easy it is to use, anything from setting up a simple to a complex sign in experience is quick and easy.
The experience UI can get a little cluttered if you have a lot of choices pages that branch off to other options.

Visitors can sign in, without having to have someone at the desk, or wait for someone to acknowledge they are there.
ease of use ability to remember for future sign in ability to pre program large groups for easier/faster sign in reports exported to excel format to be able to filter to your needs.
There is Nothing I can think of at the moment about this product that I do not like.

Ease of setup and management, with excellent support. Great customization settings allowing your visitors to experience signing into your brand.
as the product is still in its infancy, some features not fully available, but a simple conversation or a feature vote can be requested and those features are very likely to be on a roadmap.

We are not yet on the Sales Force platform so we are using Traction Guest as a stand alone solution.
Flexibility and customization, while we are using Traction Guest as it was developed at the basic level, we are also utilizing the platform in ways Traction had never dreamed of. They have partnered and supported us throughout the process so far! The opportunity is endless!

efficient check in, lead generation, eliminates manual work of entering someone into a salesforce campaign
ease of use, segmentation of guests, customized user experiences for each guest, ability to quickly take a photo of guests and alert stakeholders. We used this app to check in over 1000 people at a Dreamforce 2017 event and we were very happy with the results. It also has a seamless integration to salesforce campaigns.
slow to update in real time who has already checked in using the app. when you are checking in multiple people at once on multiple iPads and you refresh the app, it takes a bit to see who has already checked in
Great that it helped your event management! We've been using it at Dreamforce too and it has made lead capture and our follow-ups a lot easier! Unfortunately the Wi-Fi is often not the best at mega events like Dreamforce, which impacts how quickly the data gets updated. Thanks for taking the time to write a review, Lauren!
