The support is great, they are always very helpful
Guests no longer have to call from our lobby asking for their guest
I think it would of be helpful to of known that you needed Traction Guest support to set up the software from the beginning. I would not of been able to do that on my own

Our experience with Traction's team in programming, installing and implementing Traction was very smooth. Traction's team came across with utmost professionalism in crafting out a solution that worked for our needs, implemented it timely and were available to us for any troubleshooting. The solution has enhanced our guest experience and helped us meet our contractual needs all at the same time.

Thanks Aman. Atco's use case for contractor onboarding was a fun project for us. Integrating DocuSign, Salesforce and Traction Guest was a great example of cloud platforms coming together to get contractors onboard fast and efficiently.

TractionGuest basically meets our needs but is a little clunky to work with and is somewhat unwieldy in managing the captured data. Also, the service desk tech's were very knowledgeable in knowing what the software was capable of doing.
This software manages visitor data and has an integration with Salesforce.
This software is not very flexible when it comes to how data is captured.

Traction Guest is currently going above-and-beyond to help us build out a new feature in support of the province's requirement for active daily health screenings. Customer service is excellent, and we enjoy working with the team.
Traction guest has a straightforward, user-friendly interface, and has quite a lot of customizability. The team is very supportive and works with us to integrate with the needs of our business.
We occasionally run across some less sophisticated logic that could be refined going forward, but by and large the development team is quickly able to address any issues and appears dedicated to continuous improvement.

We used to have unreliable homegrown software that was expensive to develop and maintain. We now have Traction Guest and it has made the guest tracking process SO easy. The software is intuitive and reliable and the support team is very responsive. The development team is agile and implements new features all the time. I highly recommend this software.

Traction Guest has made our check-in process so much faster. It's saved us a lot of time and our visitors love it too. It has more features than any other reception app we've tried out and I'd definitely recommend it to any organization that's looking to speed up their visitor sign-ins.

Receiving guests into our business and notifying employees of their arrival is the most efficient and elegant sign in process at BD's reception. Traction's system takes just moments to use. We particularly appreciate the alerts when visitors arrive, it amazingly useful in providing a welcoming experience to our visitors. Right now we are just using the basic functionalities of the system. Our systems are not in place yet to leverage the rest of Traction's features.

Ease of use, customer service, I like that we are now able to track our clientele. Previously, we used to do this manually which was not efficient at all.
I have a hard time creating and/or editing the paths. Good thing Customer service is so willing and patient with us!

The instant badges are so handy. We loved that we did not have to manually make up badges prior. Excellent!
All was good! I nothing negative to report. We had a bit of a line up at the start of our conference but it was manageable.

Robust, easy to set up on iPads and Printers. Fully-featured and growing.
Complex sign-in experiences can become cumbersome to design.

The software looks very sharp on the iPad and in my opinion has an overall look of high quality.
I think the setup is the only thing that is slightly complicated in regards to the experience page on the website.
