Pros

Simple but powerfull, great customer service and fast support , great and useful intelligence features. The B2B platform works great and customers appreciate that too.
It's very simple to use which is great for us as we need our stores to access this website. Photos with descriptions are great and the pricing is very competitive so that's a plus for us.
We have not had any issues with this software, and it has been easy for our team to implement. Within the landscape of other competitors, it's a great option.

Pros

It's great for any size business and I highly recommend it. Support and setup are a breeze and support staff is helpful, knowledgeable and very professional.
Easy to navigate, setup was very easy, generating reports was easy, and super quick response from the help desk support.
Support is great and people are wonderful. Great company to do business with.

Cons

As is typical NO TRAINING is provided on CARtROVER, and there is no knowledge base in the Gecko system. Bonus, ther support will tell you that they are not able to support cart rover problems.
In a nutshell, we didn't get the advice we needed at the initial set-up time which in the end messed up our inventory and made our problem bigger over time.
Only if we knew that at the very first stage we could have avoid so much trouble.

Cons

Sometimes I'll place a requisition for something that has already been requested, but since I can't see other people's orders I can't see that I'm duplicating a request that's already been made.
At times the items descriptions could be difficult see.
Any time technology is involved there is some level of risk to compromised data.

pros is that i can seethe time and effort that was put into the software and I'm happy because i personal think that did an outstanding job its very user friendly The more time you sit on the software the easier it becomes to understand

Cons

i was not happy about the billing amount as i do find it abit out of reach It shouldnt be a hassle to try and get assistance with the support team once struggling with an error

My overall experience with this software was effective, and life-saving software for our business coming across overseas. This is a platform that has saved us sufficient time, and yet most importantly creates an accountable system that distinguishes the needs for the business and for ourselves. Great process that leaves everyone on an accountable system.

Pros

Quickbooks Commerce is a simple, but yet powerful platform that the entire staff can rely on. With multiple e-commerce locations and purchasing orders from around the world, the software creates an accounting platform that self organizes the various e-commerce roles that one can encounter. With great ease from its accountable frustrations, the software has accounts receivable to the multiple sale channels and shipping and shipping platforms coming across the e-commerce business.

Cons

With the numerous services one encounters in the e-commerce industry, one could initially need guidance for well-organized software. This is where many groups can have flaws because the initial disruption is where companies have issues recording their inventory. With great resources comes enormous amounts of data, which could require the help of the software staff.

Pros

It is straightforward to use even for novice employees. Good customer service and timely support, as well as excellent and useful intelligence tools. The photographs and explanations are fantastic, and the price is very low, which is a plus for us.

Cons

I strongly encourage you to have a robust backup plan in place on your website before installing and updating the Tradegecko or WooCommerce applications if you have a WooCommerce integration.

Does what it says it does on the tin and is a cracking piece of software. Looks greats and getting around it is pretty easy. Customer service is good and always at hand to help but the software just works so didn't need much help setting it up

Pros

QBC was so easy to manage and implement, running purchasing, sales orders, invoices, shipping and payments. we are now in the process of linking this product to woocommerce and QBO. Powerful piece of software. I was up and running on a live version straight away after the 14 days trial where I spent that time learning what the system could do. Highly recommend it. Good customer service..

Cons

Would like more flexibility on reports and you need to remember to reload/refresh when you've made changes. Not able to run customers with a credit limit

Great inventory management software

We started using TradeGecko (which eventually became QBC) and it was a lifesaver! Keeping track of our inventory became easy and we could easily see at one glance which suppliers we had to place orders from. It was very user-friendly and we would have continued using it, however as of June 2022 they limited their offering to customers in the US only.

Pros

- Integrates well with Shopify and Xero - Very easy to set up and very user-friendly - Great customer support when setting up and months into using the platform - Product has good features (inventory management, order management, purchasing, stock control, reporting) - Customisable reports

Cons

- Batch tracking of products always gave us some issues

I have a good experience with this software unlike any other software is software is legit, worthy and user friendly for most small businesses.

Pros

As QuickBooks helps us to manage personal finance and business in a single platform I loved this software. I loved the accounting features of QuickBooks as it allows me to access all of my accounting records in a quick manner. I also liked how this software analyx=ze the numbers and data and I simply loved this software.

Cons

The price of this software seems a little expensive and also I had little complaint about the customer service department of this software as they don't provide me with the reply to my problems soon as they take about 2 days to reply to the problem and overall its good software,

Great Product - Extremely Poor Execution by Intuit

The messaging and lack of effort to keep customers happy has been nothing short of disappointing. The messaging was very offputting. What company says they are sunsetting product and offers links to GetApp and other software review sites to transition? Odd. I've talked to a couple people at Intuit and they have no idea what this product does or how it works. I now have to unravel this mess and make decisions knowing that my current provider essentially does not want me as a customer anymore unless I want to start with a fresh instance and import customers and product, but not any sales data. Making business decisions starts with data and if you don't have data in a business management system, you're swinging in the dark.

Pros

QuickBooks Commerce, formerly TradeGecko is a great product. Essentially, what this product provides is a business management system; a hub to manage inventory, purchasing, orders, products, etc. I have used it for 2 years and grew my business in a sustainable manner, thanks in part to Tradegecko/QuickBooks Commerce. The problem here starts when a company like Intuit acquires such a product and tries to put their stamp on it and make it part of their suite of products. The only reason to consider QuickBooks Commerce at this point is if you are starting a new company. If you have any sales history, not sure why you would want to use the product.

Cons

There are little things here and there that have popped up but overall, I was happy. The problem I have is what happened over the past 45 days by Intuit; they are sunsetting current product. I've been part of an acquisition and I understand things change. What I have a problem with is that they have no good way to transition current (paying customers) to the 'new' product. It is a software easy to manage and understand and definitely worth its value. A "saver" software for my small business.

Pros

What I like the most is that this software has amazing performance and functionalities. It's also very reliable in terms of saving important information. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is concerned about the quality of this product and I especially recommend it to small businesses, as it is easy to manage and use.

Cons

Some options should be created that allow each user to select and customize all functions and to control the users limitation. Generally though, everything is great and overall this a good software according to my experience all this period of using it.

Good software but lacked the 3rd party integrations we needed.

Pros

The software works and is robust. Good customer service and they seem to be constantly improving the software.

Cons

Ultimately we didn't carry on using as they did not integrate into Xero at the time, which is what we needed to process our accounts.

With the help of a function that allows you to track your bank revenues, QuickBooks has substantially enhanced my productivity while saving me a great deal of time. I am happy with it overall because it is very simple to use. I can't really gripe. i am too happy with it.

It is difficult at first to understand the software as in many instances many accounting packages require training. It does take a while to setup the business software correctly.

Pros

Pros: The features that is most impactful is the CRM system on QuickBooks Commerce. The user interface is one of the features that attracts people to the software as it is much simpler and better looking than other software of the same sort. It is enjoyable working with QuickBooks Commerce everything as all is in one program so it is simplified and in business that is needed therefore I would recommend it any day. The integration with business actually went well as having a SMME or SMB and everything went well together when setting up. It is also easy to teach the software to new staff.

Cons

The cons : The cons of QuickBooks Commerce for me would be the restriction in the number of users or pcs per license. The time to setup the system however all software does take time to set up so can not really say it is a con.

* Home page layout : Easy to access all your ribbons from the home page. * The Developers took their time to make the software dummy proof in regards of using it. * You can sync your bank account with the software for better evaluation . * Makes stock-take a whole lot easier .

Cons

*The constant buffering just after a update on the software side . *There are no dark theme for the software and put straining on your eyes.

Overall I would highly recommend Bellwether to anyone looking to keep track of their purchasing and inventory. I'm very glad we selected Bellwether. They work with us when we ask it they can add any features to fit our needs. Customer service is excellent; they always answer right away and have solved every problem we've ever came across.

Pros

Bellwether is super easy to use. I was given the task of finding a way to track our company's expenses on the indirect items that are bought throughout the company. Choosing Bellwether was one of the smartest decisions I have made. The software makes managing the companies purchasing and creating bills in Quickbooks very simple.

Cons

One feature I would like added, when creating a purchase order, is a check box that could be selected that indicates the order has already been received. We have a lot of purchases that happen at the local hardware where the items are received immediately after purchase. If there was a check box on the purchase order that said "Received" you could select that and take one step off of the process.
