Thanks to the tts performance suite I have been able to reach more than 18,000 users, offering them help and training without having to leave their job or leave the business application in which they work, transforming access to knowledge when they have doubts, when they learn something for the first time or when faced with complex applications that are used infrequently.
Ease of use for the user, in two clicks you have the information you need at your fingertips, gives you autonomy and allows you to train only in what you need; does not need to be integrated with the applications on which it offers help, simplifying relations with IT, very versatile in help resources, presentation modes; detects the context the user is in; adapts to the needs of each client.
Content creator users need a medium learning period to get the most out of it; tts performance suite needs to go deeper into analyzing user usage KPIs.

We are very happy with the ttps product. It is the technological piece of our digital adoption services for large clients.
It does not require integration with the base applications, it works on all types of software, the creation of content is fast with a very low total cost of ownership.
The learning curve for authors and administrators is high. The project comes out better if it is accompanied by expert services.

Very good. I would definitely recommend it.
The ease of use and value that QuickAccess brings to a complex change management project where a multitude of corporate applications are deployed in parallel and where there is very little time and user availability for training.I also highly value the involvement of tts so that the project goes well, their commitment to us has been clear and deep.
I would like the dashboard with usage statistics to have more depth and be easier to use and a more "smooth" performance of push notifications.

The help and learning is in context of the job (proces) at hand. It is a knowlegde portal for users, it creates corporate memory when implemented and maintained well.
For the best context recognitiën results you need a local client installed. This can be difficult due to policies in large companies and government.

That the performance support has a 'fixed' position on the screen. A 'hover - pop-up' on marked fields would be nice.

Very powerful tool to create and maintain course material. Specially the client software with the content based option saves al lot of time and is very helpful with updates in teh courses
Product is separated in two different parts. Special the client part is very easy to use. It provide materials based on the content and has an powerful search options. For the creators of the material is specially the creator tool a very handy to create material (it record what you do). After warts you can simply edit your material without recreating it.
Use the SSO functionality! We have started with no sso option and lot of our employees forget there passwords

TTS is a very professional and flexible organisation. People are skilled and strong communication wise.
I am very happy with how easy and to the point the quick access functionality works. For larger organisations and/ or organisations with less digital minded workers, the quick access is a very important tool in the adoptation process.

We wanted a technology that helped us develop a more efficient training creation cycle, eliminating the need for a costly testing environment, data creation for exercises and a large development team to manage them. The users had learning that was easy to access and gave them opportunities to practice in a safe environment. tts helped us achieve these objectives
It is fairly easy to create, deploy and maintain content. Learning is facilitated through different simulation modes as people are able to review and practice eliminating the need of a testing environment or risking the live environment. Users can also learn at the moment of need through the in-app learning and they can find the content by searching only in one place instead of retrieving information dispersed through various knowledge bases. Users are able to improve their efficiency by having access to content that is specifically designed for their role and is easy to access.
One thing to consider and to plan for is a good learning and practice cycle particularly if the development team are new to this type of technology. So it's not an issue relating to the technology more to the planning of the resources

We want to use this product to make (formal) e-learning for our applications, to be used in our LMS. This goal has been reached. Our application managers do make training with TTs Producer. We also want to use this product as an EPPS in the user workspace. We are still working on this goal.
TTS offers good value for money. Implementation of the TTS Producer went well and was professionally supported by the TTS consultant.
Implementation of QuickAcces did have some hiccups alone the proces. I.e. there was a CPU overload when we wanted to go live.

Great experience, great software, great people. It is amongst the best such software I have used, and I have used many similar software tools over 20 years. I will certainly be recommending it in future.
It is easy to use the powerful flexibility to create content that is visually appealing. Simulation screens are effectively a "thin slice" of the software screen, meaning that tts recognises learning objects, making changes easier to facilitate than in some similar tools. tts is system agnostic and works across our enterprise, meaning that we are not tied in to a vendor's solution and can have a consistent look and feel for learning and contextual help across multiple software applications.
It is quite technical and has many feature making it not simple to learn, but once understood is great to use and does not require any programming knowledge. What about a user help forum?

Die einfache und schnelle Erstellung von Content mit dem Creator sowie die kontextsensitive Anzeige der Inhalte im Moment of need. Zudem ist das Team sehr engagiert und serviceorientiert.
Die Bedienbarkeit des Producers. Dort sind wesentlich mehr Funktionen versteckt, die aber zum Teil nicht intuitiv in der Bedienung sind.

Sehr umfassende Software, welche die Enduser genau dann unterstützt, wenn sie Hilfe benötigen. Nach einer Ausbildung kann die Software sehr gut genutzt werden, was unsere über 60 Autoren bestätigen. 2 x pro Jahr werden Releases eingespielt, die jeweils neue Funktionen bringen. Wir arbeiten seit über 15 Jahren sehr erfolgreich mit TTS Schweiz zusammen. Die Unterstützung durch TTS ist vorbildlich!
Inhalte können schnell und einfach zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Das hat grundsätzlich nichts mit der Software zu tun - aber den Inhalt immer aktuell zu halten, ist eine echte Herausforderung

Wissen wird rasch zur Verfügung gestellt und ist jederzeit auffindbar. Die Schritt-für-Schritt Anleitungen helfen den Usern sehr. Wir verwenden auch die eLearnings als Format und haben Verlinkungen zu unserem LMS.
Eine riesige Bandbreite an Funktionalitäten ist vorhanden. Die kontextsensitive Suche und die Schritt-für-Schritt Anleitungen sind sehr gut. Usergenerated Content ist damit umsetzbar.
Für Admins ist eine umfangreiche Einarbeitung notwendig, da das Tool sehr komplex ist und auch bei der Erstellung von Inhalten gibt es einiges zu beachten. KI-Themen fehlen aktuell leider.

Die Software wurde laufend weiterentwickelt und verbessert. Der Support durch den Hersteller ist sehr nah am Kunden. Die neuen Funktionen, sprich der Guide Creator entsprechend total dem Zeitgeist, da man damit sehr rasch sehr gute Kurzanleitungen erstellen kann.
Die Software ist in der Bedienung für die Admins und Autoren teilweise recht komplex - das ist sicherlich auch dem hohen Funktionsumfangs geschuldet, insbesondere im WBT-Erstellungs-Teil.

De support en creativiteit van [GEVOELIGE INHOUD] is geweldig. Hij is er altijd en doet zijn uiterste best. De producten die we opleveren zijn ondanks dat het heel veel tijd kost heel erg mooi en werken goed. Krijgen veel positieve reacties uit de business over de manier van leren.
Waar ik heel erg over te spreken ben zijn de recordings. Het gemak en de effectiviteit om zo een systeem te leren kennen is echt heel waardevol. Ook de combinatie met geïntegreerde video's werkt erg aanvullend op elkaar.
De complexiteit om er een mooie vlot doorlopende e-learning van te maken. Het inzetten van triggers, aanpassen van recordings en mogelijkheden omtrent opmaak kost heel veel tijd. Ook zit er soms een discrepantie in waardoor het in de editor er anders uitziet dan bij het doorlopen. Verder zijn de mogelijkheden die Jumbo nodig heeft ook lastig te verwezenlijken, waardoor we tegen best wat dingen aanlopen in verder gebruik.
