Unable to upload or Generate PDF from the system. The formatting of the text is not good. Training of documents is not possible for controls/procedures. Only it is available for Policy.

PCI and SOC compliance is key in our industry. Tugboat resources and step by step alerts provided the assurance to our team who was not formerly trained on compliance to achieve the certifications required by our customers.

The compliance certification review team did not have full knowledge or understanding of the Tugboat database and had a difficult time understanding the navigation system upon purchase. We ended up working manually which made the following year alot more difficult to follow.

Loved easy to use interface and the way everything is organized. Getting compliance documents organized and up to date is a difficult job. Tugboat Logic makes that look easy and my time is spent reviewing the documents not organizing or talking to the lawyers.

You can use the policies to file and weed out RFPs

Most of the core features needed to operate a successful compliance and audit department The customer service from this company is great. If I have a question I get a fast response with an offer to hop on a call for training.

Task management could be a little more user friendly.

High number of features that span from a useful evidence collection section to customizable policy templates, audit projects management, vendor management and awareness training.

The software can be a little complicated if you only need to support your customer with maintaining the compliance with a limited set of features (like a workflow or an evidence collection section).
