Pros

Price and quality great for it's functionalities, and looking forward to continued use in the future. Can use a few technical detail tuning, but overall great performance thus far.
The software is great to use and very user friendly, however for our company, the relationship is more important.
Great service and support, I researched other software such as Asset panda and the reviews for Up Keep were consistently better, and my search was extensive.

Pros

From day one Big Change have been great to work with over the years, I would describe it as a partnership they really want you to succeed in business with them driving the software side of it.
The ability to produce league tables of driver behaviour has also had a great impact on the behaviour of our engineers, and our fleet insurers like this too.
The best thing about the system is it being so easy to use and all of the automatic customer updates are the a fantastic addition.

Cons

In some areas there are connection issues with no or limited internet/phone signals. This is an issue when uploading and even some data as been lost.
Other systems we have used were so complicated staff members would just send emails or texts to the maintenance team which just get lost in the chaos.
It is even worse on mobile because it will let a person type a comment only to pop up a flag saying this is not allowed when pressing "Send. There have been a few frustrated users at this point.

Cons

Shame it doesn't pull all the information through shame there's not enough implementation time given. Shame about the lack of after care and support.
We aren't at all satisfied with the product and BigChange have lost interest in the issues that we are having so we are stuck with it for the 5 year contract.
Not very flexible in some areas, such as modifying screen reports (only one custom field available) and manipulating crystal reports. Also no integrated accounting package.
