Upkeep is useful in our work specially that we are in a Maintenance division.

Lower cost, better end user buy-in and better communication with our Facility team.

Very fast and easy to get started across my whole organization.

Our church has used several online facilities management tools in the past, but our experience with Upkeep has been overall great! The mobile forward design makes it convenient to make requests and put tickets in on the fly. We have no desire to look for another service for our facility management needs because Upkeep has really been the whole package. 

A Fantastic Management System

We are using UpKeep to allow our more than 500 employees to communicate facility needs and maintenance issues with our facility department. We are also using it to help support some IT request along with communicating access control needs With our security department.

Efficient System For Maintaining Facilities

Upkeep is an upcoming and better with cloud-based maintenance management system.  We have been with them for couple of years now and have seen the program emerge and provide better ROI for our organization.  It is excellent product for multi facility and has best API integrations opportunities.

There might be some instances where site users don't actually need paid licenses and can benefit just as much from an unpaid license (e.g. view-only user).

I'm overall very happy with the program and the ability to add pictures.

We have been using UpKeep to help organize and complete maintenance related issues at our facility. Anyone can issue a work order for a maintenance task which are then organized by the maintenance manager and assigned to the maintenance department to complete using deadlines and/or specific user assignments. The completed task history is very nice to have for internal auditing purposes, as well.

In some areas there are connection issues with no or limited internet/phone signals. This is an issue when uploading and even some data as been lost.
