Pros

Price and quality great for it's functionalities, and looking forward to continued use in the future. Can use a few technical detail tuning, but overall great performance thus far.
The software is great to use and very user friendly, however for our company, the relationship is more important.
Great service and support, I researched other software such as Asset panda and the reviews for Up Keep were consistently better, and my search was extensive.

Pros

The control of the work we do on a day-to-day basis is very good. Good planning of maintenance work.
Fast implementation and easy to use. Cloud based solution for maintenance that allows control my assets and my costs.
User friendly, very simple to use and easy to configure and adapt to company needs.

Cons

In some areas there are connection issues with no or limited internet/phone signals. This is an issue when uploading and even some data as been lost.
Other systems we have used were so complicated staff members would just send emails or texts to the maintenance team which just get lost in the chaos.
It is even worse on mobile because it will let a person type a comment only to pop up a flag saying this is not allowed when pressing "Send. There have been a few frustrated users at this point.

Cons

Web is very slow, It has a lot of small mistakes.
It has a lot of small problems, not important but, all together it comes, sometimes, so hard to work with: slow program, order in columns, order in one way and print in another one.
