Our guests love being able to sign in and receive a badge when they arrive. It's great that a message is sent to the host when the guest arrives letting them know that their guest(s) has(ve) arrived.

Drawback is perhaps the bad interfacing with other systems, but this is in the roadmap of Proxyclick.

It is useful to be automatically notified when your visitors have arrived. Also very useful to be able to respond to this with one click.

Possibly include a quick shortcut to log book for emergency purposes. For example in the event of a fire a quick register can be published at the click of a button.

I would highly recommend ProxyClick if you have a need to manage visitors but don't require integration with a formal security solution such as Avigilon or CCure.

The product had all the features we need and then some. Its really taken the load off our receptionist and also allowed us to put an NDA in place for our visitors.

Porxyclick was implemented in our 65,000 square foot building and has rapidly increased the way we sign visitors into the building. its simple and efficient and very customer friendly the team who work behind the scenes to keep it running do an excellent job i would highly recommend this to anyone 

Proxyclick Visitor managment system

I was fairly new to this programs.  The instructions are hard to understand.  Just give the basic and then do the rest in troubleshooting.  Go here, click here is basic and when it did not print the instructions are long.  Basic is easier. 

Easier way of learning

I am in charge of sales for my organization and I always have to organize Data center visits with new prospects and customers. I love the fact that Proxy click is fast and  easy to use when its time to register visitors.

Pros: absolutely incredible customer service. Always friendly and always exceptionally fast! The new iPad app is great too. It's exactly what the service was missing before and now it has everything clients could ever need.

This application has made it very simple for our team to sign in guests to our site. It is very simple to sign on multiple guests. The only complaint is that the printers have a hard time connecting to your application.

Am very excited to work with the program this is my first time to use that. Is very easy to know who are expected to have when they have to check or check out. Very simple to have a review of all your day.

Impressive and easy to work with proxy click

We use the software to quickly and easily pre-register visitors and track when they are in the building and when they leave. A sticker with the customer name is printed and fits into a plastic sleeve. 

Used proxy click for multiple meetings 

We are happy to use our Proxyclick for our visitors and get many positive reactions. The program is easy to use and very representative. The customer Service is fast and friendly. 
It works better with Google Chrome than with our Internet explorer.

Great way of controlling visitors to our building and good if fire drills etc. are held since we are able to check how many people are in the building.

Proxyclick is a good tool for our visitor management. It gives us the ability to send mass emails should there be an emergency notification. Very easy to use.

We are constantly getting client feedback that they love hoe "high tech" our office has become. It also eases the job of the receptionist! Aver all we have loved it!

Proxyclick is a great visitor registration system.  We have our NDA included as part of the check-in process, and it's super easy to use.

Easy to setup and has more features than expected, the support are enjoyable to work with friendly and quick.

Works well easy to use for our visitor logbook. It would be nice to have a iOS app with all the features.
