Pros

The measure of a great SW system is their customer service and Vonigo's customer service is outstanding.
I love the fact that if you do even need the help desk they they are there for you. I really like the ease of use that Vonigo provides.
We use Vonigo for our day-to-day operations and are thrilled with it. It helps us organize our schedule, our customer database, and to help us book jobs quickly and easily.

Pros

Customer service is extremely helpful and honest if they need to send you to a higher level support member. Quickbooks integration was super easy with the help from the trial rep (Haley).
I have been not only impressed with the ease of implementation but also the adaptability for my employees to gain the trust they need in working the app.
I love the way I can immediately see when and where they clocked in and out. I love the advanced app that allows us to send information to our employees for scheduling.

Cons

If you make a mistake scheduling a new customer it takes over 20 mins for the appointment to disappear from the schedule. It is also difficult to send a customer an invoice.
I dont like how it will sometimes cut you out from completing something when the order takes a long time when you are on the phone with a donor.
Some features not fully functional and cause need for workarounds and increased user frustration.

Cons

The major disadvantage is that the GPS is not accurate as per our need, it takes time to get the exact location, also there are situations where we got wrong GPS location.
Staff inadvertently selects the wrong one which causes downstream work for Admin personnel. We've chosen not to utilize the "Mobile" function as all of our hourly employees must report to the plant.
The only feature i fell is missing the option to print notes on the timesheet report. Without this option i am forced to print out multiple reports.
