Pros

The measure of a great SW system is their customer service and Vonigo's customer service is outstanding.
I love the fact that if you do even need the help desk they they are there for you. I really like the ease of use that Vonigo provides.
We use Vonigo for our day-to-day operations and are thrilled with it. It helps us organize our schedule, our customer database, and to help us book jobs quickly and easily.

Pros

Our experience was extremely positive with InsightPro from the start. Their team is so awesome.
I like the feature of attaching important document for specific jobs so your technicians can view them on their mobile device to better help understand details on the jobs.
We use InsightPro for our warranty program here at Lowes and has been a great software to track and resolve our customers issues.

Cons

If you make a mistake scheduling a new customer it takes over 20 mins for the appointment to disappear from the schedule. It is also difficult to send a customer an invoice.
I dont like how it will sometimes cut you out from completing something when the order takes a long time when you are on the phone with a donor.
Some features not fully functional and cause need for workarounds and increased user frustration.

Cons

If there was anything that I would dislike, it would be that sometimes it does not allow all the photos the technicians attach to properly upload.
While you can send emails to a customer with a claim, you cannot add an attachment unless you upload it into a "Resource" folder.
Weekly email updates that were automatically sent out, being able to schedule one job for multiple techs without having to create another work order.
