WFMwizard- easy way for planning workflow in call center


Better Plan Ltd. is actively involved in WFM implementation process Also, WFM is relatively cheap than it competitive, yet allows flexibility and optional adjustments by Better Plan Ltd. I am pleased with the service and problem solving Better Plan Ltd. supplies.


Using WFM, I can insert data and its limitations regarding the agents, which then allows me to elicit and control the agent schedule.


WFM main limit, in my opinion, is that it lacks the ability to define a limit as a preference rather than as a restriction.
