Really help develop a culture based around preventative maintenance instead of reactive maintenance.
Mobile app is very user friendly, The ability to pick an chose what information you want your team to access and use, Great tech support
The mobile app lacks in features such as parts entering on the fly when in the field.

Overall experience is average. I think the system is suited better to organizations that have more preventative maintenance in place compared to reactive maintenance.
It is easy to use and simple to navigate around compared to other products out there.
It's a little slow when creating work orders. Working at a fast pace, technicians find it hard to fill out WOs. This skews the data in terms of analysis. The dashboard could do with the use of graphs.
Hi Jaabir, thank you for sharing your thoughts on Fiix. We're always looking to improve the Fiix experience, so your feedback on system speed and user experience is very important as we continue to add new functionality to our system!

Great way to save time by knowing what is going on and what to fix and when your monthly preventative schedule is.
Finding out what is wrong with certain machines instead of walking around and asking everyone if they know of a problem with the machine.
Do not have any that I know of at this time

Easy of use. Screens very easy to move around. Making changes in one screen makes changes in all associated windows, saving time and hassle free.
I wish there was more accessibility with mobile devices I am not on a computer as much as is needed for this software to be A plus!

Great communication with the Fiix team when issues are identified, great training videos that show all steps within Fiix and that can easily be viewed throughout any and all functions. Identifying and customizing reports that are needed has been simple with Fiix team help.
The ease of use of the software and ability to use thru mobile app is a plus for our maintenance technicians and floor foreman. The app gives live data as to status updates of the work orders and assets. FIIX mobile gives the access to look at where a work order stands without having to go to your desk and can do it from the floor by easily scanning QC codes
The app is based around technicians for performing and modifying work with no ability to look at widgets and modify based on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

We reviewed 5 other CMMS software systems. Fiix had all the features we needed at the right price.
Establishes rigor in our CMMS system. The untethered application is useful for our industry.
Inventory was difficult to import. Building the structure or format around our system is something we are struggling with, but it's not the software's fault. It's our own doing.

I looked around a lot and found this program suited my needs better than the others. We have a lot of equipment to look after and this makes it easy to track and reference.
Easy to use
The purchasing side is lacking but probably good with upgrade of package.

Billing and subscription service has been easy to navigate. If an issue cannot be resolved quickly , Fiix has been helpful to find a work-around. In general, Fiix is slow to respond to customer service requests and feature additions.
Work orders are easy to generate and scheduled maintenance setup is straightforward. Nested PMs and event triggers are great for "if-then" scenarios where more work is required based on the results of a regular PM. Reports are customizable with the upper-tier account. Inventory management is quick and easy when the system is used on a tablet or smart device. The mobile app is easy to set up and use. Permissions for highly customizable for user groups.
Asset codes and model number are not visible on the asset list; The user has to view the asset to see the information. Only a Grainger account can be linked for inventory lookup. Most inventory cannot be populated automatically by part number. However, in Fiix's defense, it may be difficult to get permission from vendors. The report writer uses SQL code, but all of the SQL functions are not available in the interface. WO review and approval from technician to engineer to management is not automated.

I like being able to see my weeks workload on the pc/tablet/phone. Nice not having a stack of paper to carry around/get dirty/lose. Work order requests are quick and the parts usage/requests built in is very handy.
Would be nice to have a check all box on the tasks page when logged in through the web or the quick complete option like the phone app has.
Hi Jeff, it's great to hear that Fiix has helped organize your day to day. In terms of checking off your tasks on the web app, you can actually select all of your tasks, click the 'update checked' button below your task list, and update all of your tasks like the quick complete option on mobile. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

It is all organized very well and allows for some customization.
I wish that there were more videos about how to work around any issues/problems while using a Mac with this software. Printing labels with QR codes is difficult on a Mac as well as a few other things.

Overall experience has been great.
The software is easy to use, maintain and expand in as necessary. Preventive Maintenance schedules can be nested and allow for minimal work orders produced on overlapping PM.
the only con i have is the software hangs up and you have t reload the page. Work around has been to set the page to automatically reload every 10 minutes. Also work order request fields need to be made mandatory so a work order can not be submitted unless they are filled in. Make this feature selectable.

I am happy with how customizable most things are, there seems to be a work around that we can make work for our specific needs With covid going on we didnt get too much time in person with the trainers for our non tech savvy users and the online training isnt exactly the best way to train them(out of all our hands due to covid)
I use the calendar feature the most frequent, I would however like a way to carry jobs from one week to the other without having to to into them manually and changing the start dates
Cannot change start dates for multiple tasks at once reports are fairly hard to make on your own with limited time, can see how you would be able to learn how to if you could spend the time

This is the second software that we've used. It's far from perfect but it works way better than the last one. It is a little querky and has it's bugs but overall it gets the job done.
Most things are linked together very well so you can get from an asset record to a service record to a part record very easily. They incorporate "hyperlinks" very well. The cloud base works very well. We have multiple copies open at a time and data never seems to get misplaced or corrupted
Many very simple things like: Fields in POs and other screens lack the ability to set defaults. Ex: vendor terms Most columns in lists in various places around the program can be ordered or sorted by clicking on the header of that column yet many cannot. Most of these have no apaerent order either. Many columns that have a fixed order are the wrong way and are ordered oldest on top instead of newest on top The purchasing screens do not support package quantities which makes auto re-ordering and inventory control on such items a difficult task

Previously we used Microsoft outlooks calendar feature to organize our maintenance scheduling. This has greatly improved our planning capabilities.
Fiix is very user friendly. All the tools you need are at the touch of your fingers for a very reasonable price!
There is always room for improvement. Fiix should implement the ability to associate a work order with more then one asset. I would say that it would be even more beneficial to add a specific asset to a labor task. I think this functionality has been overlooked, often a work order pertains to more then one specific piece of equipment. For example; if I have a monthly filter check on my electrical cabinets...
