Very dated looking and functioning. New features are slow to come out or unavailable.

2017-10-10

I suggest you look at softwares like Service Fusion, HouseCall Pro, Fleetmatics WORK, Salesforce.com, Dataforma, Quickbooks Field Service Management, etc.

Pros

The software has all the basic features we need like quoting, scheduling, inventory, and invoicing..

Cons

None of the features are robust, current compared to other softwares, easy to use, functional, etc. Features and bug fixes are EXTREMELY slow to come out. The software isn't available in the cloud. There can be long wait times for tech support. You cannot have multiple tabs open.

I have used many different software programs for the service industry, Including Quantrac, Wintac, Foundation, and Desco, Housecall pro is by far the best.

Pros

ease of use, not prone to glitches or freeze ups

Cons

inability to add or customize some features
