Pros

It would be great if there were experienced Wintac IT people local to come in and help. But, I do like the setup and how everything flows together.
Inventory has worked well, Customer history is a great help in the field. Wintac support has been very good always there to help.
Overall, we are happy with the Wintac software. Support is ALWAYS top notch, and have successfully answered any questions quickly.

Pros

The support staff is awesome and provides great support as needed. The software is pretty straight forward.
Its been great we had on issue initially with the API version initially but so far has been a good experience.
Great support also available to help with any issues or queries. Excellent value for money.

Cons

I have 7 pages of problems that they could never fix, not to mention all the problems that went wrong during the time I was using this horrible program.
Lately now they have new software updates and I hate updating constantly as we have technically challenged IT issues and now we no longer get helpdesk assistance from Wintac to do our updates.
I miss having the attention given to fully making everything work with your computer. It is hard to understand and solve other computer problems when you don’t have the time.

Cons

We have a couple guys who enter in the service jobs, but also will go out into the field and complete these jobs. They each have to have a separate user account and are therefor charged per account.
Ve run into some glitches/issues when setting up reports that don't function as intended. The workflow for setting up very dynamic reports is terrible.
This error will cost me hundreds of hours and thousand of dollars to move my data.
