Waste of Money
We purchased this in 2013-2014 and were misled in what it can do. We were using Services CEO prior to this and it had many more features. Unfortunately we made the mistake of purchasing the five year plan and we are stuck with it for another 3 years, before we can upgrade to another system. Everytime we call WINTAC support, we have to hire an outside IT person to make changes. You cannot talk to Quick Books and you cannot export/import information unless it is in batches. The doccuments that are pre-made by WINTAC has a phone number that goes to a 1-800 escort service that talks to you. My customers did not like this at all. I have 26 employees and 600 customers and WINTAC is now telling me that we are to big for their design. Web Portal is really bad also, you have limited usage and need to constantly have wifi acess because it runs the data up on each phone. If I had to do this again, I would have saved the $40 thousand and went in another direction that may have costed more upfront but would have actually been cheaper in the long run. Inventory has plenty of issues where it automatically changes prices, which is bad. Support call are answered by lacklustered personnel who cannot fix any issues.
None, but until you actually pay them they are the nicest people.
Wintac in itself is a con, seemed like once they had my money they did not care about the service.

Look at alternatives and if you purchase WINTAC have them do the setup prior to getting paid, good luck with that.
