WorkHeld is a cloud-based field service management software which allows users to access documents and plans, and track working time, expenses, and defects on-site. The system is designed for use by assemblymen, service technicians, team leaders, coordinators, managers, and company owners across maintenance and construction companies.
The drag-and-drop interface allows users to create and assign work orders, upload and add documents, set planned execution timeframes, and more. Work orders are broken down into work steps, with detailed 'to-dos', and employees can be assigned to either the complete work order or to individual work steps to receive related information and documents. The app includes a timer, enabling employees to track time spent on work orders, and expenses can be included on work steps with issuing dates and exact amounts. Travel time can also be tracked, including details of the driver, departure and arrival locations, and mileage. Working time per work order is summarized on the working time report, and can be exported for evaluation.
WorkHeld allows users to record construction site problems and defects, with exact times and dates of filing. Photos can be used to document issues, and are collated in PDF reports to ensure that customer acknowledgement of issues is documented. Reports and photos can also be downloaded, and technicians can post potential solutions for each problem. Working time, expense, and defect reports are automatically generated, and can be signed electronically.
