Workorders is a work order and field service management software solution designed specifically to meet the needs of SMB’s and contractors. Promising to streamline the traditionally paper-based operations of plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, pest controllers and more, the solution boasts deployment across all devices. Compatible with desktop PC and laptops alike, Workorders also offers native tablet and smartphone apps for Android and iOS platforms. This enables field service management and job tracking to be conducted remotely, with the ability to view service team and work order notes, map job / tech locations and also accept invoice payments. Cloud-based tracking of customer information then centralizes client contacts and service histories, synchronizing data back from every device to the main customer database.

Work orders creation also includes the automated issue of notifications to service technicians and the customers themselves, with any service updates also made to the work order. Similarly, calendar-based appointment scheduling and service request ticketing is supported by automated email invitations and reminders. Workorders also includes inventory management with inventory items, billable hours and payroll all capable of syncing with QuickBooks Online. Thanks to credit card processing capabilities, techs and field staff can also collect and process customer transactions upon job completion.
