Pros

I like the ease of use it provides and the ability to customise. There is excellent support and forums with help available.
In short, I'd highly recommend Xtuple for any business as a high quality system with a team that seems dedicated to ongoing improvement.
The ability to create a custom solution that perfectly fit our client's needs.

Pros

It is also nice that you can switch from one language to another with one click. Support is excellent, always here to help very quickly.
My experience with MRPeasy is fantastic. The transition has been seamless, my team really likes the new upgrade.
We've formalised our item and BOM structures, improved our production planning and made our operational purchasing more robust with this software. Overall we are happy with the product.

Cons

I am disappointed that they implemented user licenses for the PostBooks version, restricting it to 4 users (if I recall correctly, the original releases did not have this stipulation).
When we migrate to a newer version,sometime we discover a lot of basic broken features or weird behavior. We test it with our version and the yellow truck to be sure is not from our side.
It has been a problem from the beginning. We have used it for 7 years mainly due to the cost of replacement.

Cons

Only straightforward activities are possible without paying extra for 'software development. There isn't a way to correct errors in counting, without hiring 'development' team.
Report/statistics is limited. Graph (statistic) is not printable, can view only.
I am pulling all of my customers away from it because a backup is the customer's data. To restrict it to a short time period is really not acceptable.
