The support team exemplifies outstanding service, partnership and commitment in helping their clients deliver the best product possible.
Limited to the size of videos and powerpoint presentations for uploading.
The interface is very intuitive. Service is very caring and professional; you can tell they really want your system to be successful.
Search is functional, but lacks finesse. Not fully functional on IE8 or below (May be difficult for companies using ancient browsers).
Love the product and the company. Wise tail has been great to partner with and has proven very knowledgeable in helping us with our custom installation of the LMS.
Uploading a powerpoint presentation more than a certain size has to be broken down into parts. Not ideal for someone who is downloading a presentation to use for a class.
I like the mobile access to the product and the user interface for my learners. I like how the content presents and can be helpful for multiple support in operations.
I like to describe it as taking a large portion of the things we love about social media sites, like design, interface, and engagement activities and mashing that up with traditional LMS features.

The user experience is superb, it is really fun and easy to use, plus it works very well in any platform.
My only complaint is that it sometimes glitches and if the kids accidentally presses the wrong answer, there is no way to correct it.
Students and teachers love Kahoot. It is a great way to make review or questions interactive and exciting.
Recently, we were told we could no longer use this software in school because the company refused to sign waivers for our technology department. The staff and students are severely upset by this.
Is a great way to help you learn something you need to learn and fun because it plays out in a game also works with your crew you can help them learn and win prizes at the same time.
It is also very vulnerable of spam and attacks like spam bots, answer cheats and other things. The security could be better.
It brought a fun game element to quizzes and the energy engagement in the classroom greatly increased. My TESOL university students had a blast in a fun and competitive way.
My major complaint with Kahoot was the students can't see the questions on their screen, and so they often click on the wrong color when answering.
It also is wonderful for full classroom learning.). It is a great way to engage students in a fun, game-like activity while reviewing any subject matter.

Agile provides a reliable database for all things from quality findings to ECO change implementations. Customized reports are a nice feature and searching is made easy.
I cancelled it in December of 2019. They charged me for it in January of 2020, so I called them and cancelled again.
It has powerful features and many integrations. I like the freedom to customize and the many campaign nodes make campaigns and flows very powerful.
The second strike came when our account was re-activated and AgileCRM charged us for the months that our account was locked and shutdown.
Automated campaigns are easy to set up and work well and the customer support system is effective. The experience of using agilecrm has been practical and effective, as well as being cost effective.
The tool is convoluted, a bit hard to grasp for non technical people and the customer support is some of the worst I've ever encountered.
What really impresses me, is AgileCRM's support. The support and on-boarding staff I have worked with is excellent to say the least.
There were wayyyyyy too many glitches and bugs. I had a number of bad reports in my role at a previous job using this too.
We love that Agile is easy to use and has an option to import contacts from an excel file. They makes it so easy to manage out contacts and organize our data as to who is viewing/clicking on what.
It was a good experience and the team has built a good product especially the marketing automation part is very well done.
I like the ease of integration this product has and its functionality.
Agile Crm had finished my search for a long time on Crm software the most helpful thing I get in this is their help desk features that allow you to brighten your task easily.
Great system for tracking and following up with clients through the sales, marketing and implementation phases of the customer relationship.
Good integration with google as well as linkedin. Also it is easy to use marketing automation, crm contact, follow up for deals, + telephony and sms campaigns.
Easy to navigate, best customer service and support.

The most important feature for me is being able to push articles out to either our whole team or targeted groups, across multiple platforms. Our customer success manager has been fantastic.
As a small business it was really difficult to track anything centrally.
Very positive - it is a useful system and the support I have had from StaffCircle has been wonderful whenever I have had an issue.
From a user standpoint, I've currently experienced no obvious cons to StaffCircle.
I love that it is a central place for all of yours and your team members' goals and objectives. The news feed is great for keeping up to date on things going on in the organisation.
Some staff have had difficulty with submitting appraisals and feedback.
Adding holidays and absence is very straightforward, calendar is also very useful for overview of who is where. StaffCircle integration with Teams is a nice touch too.
There's not much to say here, I can't think of anything that I don't like.
It's a good tool to give praise to fellow employees, and to have a staff directory.
This platform will grow with our business and that is so appealing. Great value for money, we're a small business and didn't have the capacity to invest hundreds of thousands of pounds.

I am impressed by how well it drives good behavior and how simple the mechanism is to award points and to cash them in. Nothing about it is onerous to use.
Sometimes a user will not get the graphics downloaded and choose the wrong option. This sometimes leads to a bad review when the customer wanted the opposite.
Overall it's been a great tool for building culture around our office and being able to reward employees for good work.
We just hate to see sad face reviews, so we treat even mistakes as actionable items.
CrewHu has been great at rewarding co-workers for helping me out. The immediate feedback plus monetary value makes it easier to ask them for help in the future.
I don't like that we don't have a MFA or 2FA login option, this is a bit insecure in the current IT climate.
We have specific badges and awards for documentation, customer success, integrations and just generally being good at your job.
I have found that trying to do the competitions set up can be a bit difficult. It took some time, but then I was able to figure it out.
This product is great because its easy to use and fast. I really like the dashboard we have to show everyone our wins and the built in teams integration makes giving a badge really quick.
My favorite option from our prizes is the opportunity to purchase lunch for the whole team, who doesn't love a free lunch??! I definitely recommend CrewHu.

Sometimes a user will not get the graphics downloaded and choose the wrong option. This sometimes leads to a bad review when the customer wanted the opposite.
Overall it's been a great tool for building culture around our office and being able to reward employees for good work.
We just hate to see sad face reviews, so we treat even mistakes as actionable items.

I have found that trying to do the competitions set up can be a bit difficult. It took some time, but then I was able to figure it out.
This product is great because its easy to use and fast. I really like the dashboard we have to show everyone our wins and the built in teams integration makes giving a badge really quick.
My favorite option from our prizes is the opportunity to purchase lunch for the whole team, who doesn't love a free lunch??! I definitely recommend CrewHu.

This is truly an amazing training platform to use and manage and I thank you for being great to work with.
Having had NO prior experience with this type of software (let alone setting it up), I would have benefited GREATLY from training (live or e-learning) rather than walking through the steps via WebEx.
The knowledge growth average is 13. What other learning method can give me this kind of data, keep learning fun, and engage a diverse tech workforce.
Most of this occurred the Friday of New Years weekend and the reps never once made me feel rushed or bothersome.
Great customer support, great for learners, y'all have absolutely got to figure out what is happening on the back end with your data and data connections and feature capabilities.
A problem we have run into is getting our managers of people to look at that data and analyze what they're teams know or don't know.
This is a great system which allows sales managers and management to easily gain an overview on the progress of the team as a whole, and also identify areas with knowledge gaps amongst the teams.
Sometimes in can be a bit glitch. For example, I once accidentally logged in on both my pc and mobile, and was able to start the training which probably skewed my results for that day.
Things made more sense and I saw how this could benefit our company even more. The updates that have come through since then have made it even better and I know that it will continue to improve.
The rewards feature is another big draw, though we are developing our own reward and recognition system and haven't yet used the built-in features.

The only negative thing was that we had to allow users had to verify their vote either via Facebook or E-mail - it wasn't possible to have both as an option.
They work really well and reply immediately if you have any questions, not staying in the tutorial but simply recommending the best options to get the best results.
It also allowed us to have a complete vision of the contest, participations, control of fraudulent votes.
It was fairly easy to set up our annual photo contest on the platform and I had very friendly and helpful support from the company.
The only thing that confuses me about this software is some parts of it are not translated. I believe the company is from Spain and some things are still in Spanish while others are in English.
Not only it contributes to an ideal efficiency to the campaigns in facebook but the customer support is perfect. Any disadvantage or doubt have been solved thanks to a rapid and decisive form.

Arcade is a great way to incentivize staff to complete product trainings and become more involved in day to day business. I like the ability to control the goals and the rewards set up.
You cannot swipe right to go back which is very inconvenient during 1 handed operation. Also the lack of being able to post videos is a little disappointing.
I like Arcade - it has been a fun social tool/community and a good way to get to know other people in different areas of the company.
Notifications can be confusing at times, for example you can't click on a reaction notification and have it direct you the the message that got a reaction, just the chat group that it was in.

It's great how all the information is being tracked for the different teams within Sales, easy to set up competitions and mini-competitions with team members actually motivating each other.
Maybe that it's difficult to see each sellers bookings with customer name.
That it's easy to use and manage. It also makes the homework more fun and our agents can easily interact with eachother no matter where they are.
Hasn't been done due to lack of time and complexity of the integration from the CRM.
The customer service is very good aswell. The way the TV, desktop and app talks together is really impressive.
Often bugs (things disappear, wrong numbers etc).
It's a platform that will surely bring about more competitiveness within the team and rewards along the way. Also, Great customer service.

The need to deploy in block (subscription based) rather than pay per use (but the team has helped us a lot in this matter :) ).

The software is relatively user friendly. Due to the nature of our industry, we do prefer to use the built in clickers, but having the option for smart devices is also a great benefit.
NO option to provide students real-time test results immediately after completing an exam. No option to allow re-takes if assignment is incomplete or submitted in error by the student.
It is super easy to use. One thing that is great is once you are set to a channel on your remote for that class you won’t need to change it as long as the receiver’s channel doesn’t get changed.
Also, I wish there was a way to not give points against a person's score if they do not answer a question. Sometimes signals are weak or someone leaves the room, and they are penalized for that.
It is an easy way to engage and measure the knowledge of students in a class and it also has a favourable customer service.
NO option that shows date/time when an assignment is submitted. Not being able to delete incomplete assignments from the guest accounts.
It is a nice way to engage a class and measure their knowledge.
Maybe they could change the way they charge to blocks of seats, instead of a per seat cost that you have to pay every year. I have considered moving to a software that does not require an annual fee.
