Interesting features like package geometry allow you to visualize your package are cool too. Ability to duplicate products was a relief.
Their support team also violates one of the cardinal rules of customer service and refuses to allow you to speak to a manager which is completely unacceptable.
Great piece of software at a great price, ideal for businesses that are growing as you can easily upgrade.
It didn't work well for us when we switched shopping platforms from BigCommerce to Shopify. It also does not work with SKUlabs.
I love Zoho and all its products. When everything works together, it's amazing.
There is no pick list, which makes warehouse picking a real challenge. You can send delivery notification and invoices to separate e mails.
Ease of use, very user friendly and OUTSTANDING customer service.
Over a period of weeks, I tried to get to the right department to tell the install team or dev team about this, and no one seemed to know what I was talking about.
The ability to link with the invoices and purchases for all items in store and automatically adjust inventory is really great.
The integration with our website is just fantastic. Items and stock level from the Inventory syncs that on the website.
I think i'm generally pleased and would love to continue.
I like that you can keep track of multiple warehouses on one page. These are small features that make Zoho really great.
Ease of Use, simplicity of interface. Seamless Integration with Zoho books.
AND, the API access is just wonderful. Going forward, applications can be built on the API feature to add more value to our customers and business process.
I like the ease of use of this app, this app makes the company that I worked in very efficient. Integrated with many users, couldn't ask for more.
I liked the way it works very sophisticated in design, easy to use and understand. No technical skills required lot of automation.
Zoho is easy and quick to learn and the customer support is really good.
Great value for money if you mange simple inventory, only as a reseller.

The best part for me is that woocommerce is free providing an excellent e-commerce environment for fresh users containing a variety of different features.
However, I can see if folks are not inclined to be DIY about this they might be annoyed with the lack of documentation WITHIN Wordpress.
I can only recommend WooCommerce as the simplest and the best solution that saves you thousands of dollars in development.
My overall experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
All in all, it is the single best shopping solution for Wordpress. I used it on a few websites that I made and I loved it mainly because it was very easy and quick to set up.
A bit limited in functionality and if you need additional plugins it can end up being quite costly and complex to mantain updates.
The use of this has really made it easy for me to create a store very easy without complication. The great part of it is that it is free and easy to use.
The problem is that always you will find it in maybe your no-mother language, if you speak english go with it. If not, try to find another type of tool.
With the help of a ton of free plug-ins, it definitely adds value and functionality. Despite being free, you can customize it to a good extent.
I don’t both anymore with customer service, waste of time in the years I have used it it’s always the same remove plugins, and basically tear your site apart.
We use WooCommerce when we build websites for customers who want their own webshop. It is extremely easy to set up and supports good payment systems right out of the box.
For most websites, WooCommerce is the perfect fit and with all the documentation and plugins out there, most needs can be covered pretty much out of the box.
The range of options and flexibility in WooCommerce is absolutely astounding. No matter what kind of subscription, membership, single/group product price tag you want in your site- WooCommerce has it.
Excellent experience with Woocommerce confirms that this platform is very profitable for online business. Integration with social networks is also possible.
I like that it is widely integrated into Wordpress themes. I like that it's connected to Stripe and PayPal.
It's very user friendly especially for the ones who just starts from the scratch since, it helps in learning to build an e-commerce site with a little knowledge of programming.
WooCommerce is the most powerful and cost-effective eCommerce solution.
Product support and reliability are two of my biggest deciding factors when looking at solutions for my clients.

Magento has a very popular community edition, which is free and open source. It's relatively easy to set up, and have a great feature set.
But all this requires a lot of resources. We needed a terribly expensive hosting in order for the online website to withstand the load.
Magento is a great and responsive platform which is essential these days when everyone uses mobile devices and recommend it for e-commerce platforms.
Which resulted in an almost abandoned and forgotten open souce version.
There are many free and paid extensions to extend the features. It is very easy to write code, so you don't need to hire a programmer to use this CMS for a great customization job.
I dislike that after signing up for Magento I was bombarded by calls from telemarketers working for them that tried to sell me upgrades and other integrations to the platform.
What I like most about Magento is that it is open source in addition to being responsive and can be scaled according to quantity of products and sales.
Very overly complicated, terrible customer support, don't even get me started on the old-school interface of this CMS.
Magento is really user friendly, and it is easy for a beginner to get started with using Magento and developing an ecommerce platform. It also has some benefits when deploying onto server.
Magneto is definitely more expensive than competitors, and I think that's what hurts their product in the long run.
Well-defined api helps us to integrate with our backend ERP. There are very nice plugins which could be used based on the requirement.
Massively frustrating support experience via Magento Cloud. Very expensive, particularly when you factor in ongoing development and the skills required in house.
Magento is an incredibly powerful tool. I investigated all the biggies in e-commerce when making the decision which one to implement for my store and magento came out on top each time.
This e-commerce engine is notorious for being difficult to maintain. Even with the free version, you end up spending a lot of money on developers and maintenance to keep things running properly.
Unlike other platforms like Shopify and Woocommerce, this option has a more professional look and is a far more robust system.
I have worked on multiple web shops, and clients loved how easy it is to operate the Magento (at least from the client's side).
It helps to implement the eCommerce website quickly in secured manner.
Easily able to review purchases, adjust product price levels, even change tax rules, etc. The customer service is always good.

Great customer Service, Great Integrations, Always being updated and that is the most important. They are always on the move to bigger things.
The customisation which we had to pay for has never been completed and still does not work.
Customer service is outstanding. With anything there is a learning curve but Orderhive reps answer my questions quickly and give great tutorials.
When I finally left, they refused to refund me the 2800 USD, even though I had paid for a service I literally never got.
They have features for almost everything you need for running online marketplaces. The customer support is brilliant and OrderHive is great for small or large businesses.
The system does maybe 10% of what was promised. As a time-saving automation, it is a complete failure and costs us more time to run than doing a totally manual operation.
A great product with amazing support and all at a fraction of the price of their competitors.
The demo version is not long enough (2 weeks) and you'll need to pay for the team to set you up ($99).
The system is straight forward and easy to use. Support is excellent and very quick to respond and with new features available on a regular basis, it just keeps getting better.
I like that it is cloud based and that I can access it from anywhere. Support is always there to help in chat and follows up on issues.
Orderhive has been very useful in helping us manage the inventory between our 2 Shopify stores.
The automations for order processing and purchasing are huge labor savers. You can be quite creative using them to fit your business.
The rest of the team are supportive and available.
Mirant in customer service was always very helpful.
The UI is beautiful compared to competitors. There are some limitations in search, sort and filter of large data sets, but they are working on expanding and strengthening it.
I would recommend OH to new clients to manage all stock and inventory especially if they use kitting.
Data flows easily in and out of the system via excel sheets. Integrations work well and APIs seem reliable.
I would say it is a bit of a mess - we had to stay with them until we had a bespoke solution made that is already running much better for us and less ongoing cost.

Pros and Cons from CS-Cart Store Builder users

I have found it more reliable and faster than my local distributor (and local language) help. SEO is what is most important for me and CS-Cart make available the perfect tools for that.
Most of our problems with CS-Cart revolve around their failed update system, or system breaking updates, bad internal policies, and poor customer support.
Overall this is an exceptional product which we would recommend to anyone is looking for an affordable eshop platform with lots of options, addons and great support.
They refuse to refund when they also refused to offer support beyond "give us your server logins. Very unethical companyn.
We have found CS-Cart to be very easy to use, it has some great functions and it also looks great. Adding products to our website has never been easier.
I disliked the css possibilities, and think sass should be included.
This is a great and secure platform with great support in an affordable price.
I really haven't had any problems with the software.the few problems that I have had over the years were actually configuration errors on my part.
CS-CART is very solid E-commerce platform, and outstanding technical support people behind it.
Our website grew with the help of cs-cart, and we consider that cs-cart is the best e-commerce solution on the market.
Security will be more and more critical. Thank you for all your great work.
Many add-ons included with the theme. The ability for customization is amazing.
That's really great information for us to compare different shopping cart system. I am using CS-Cart from: http://www.nettxpress.no for my web store and it really is user friendly.
Quick and good user support. Supports unlimited products.
It has many features to do just about anything needed in the e-commerce business, it has a big community for help if needed.
It integrates with most merchant solutions out there (paypal, stripe, etc.) and support is always there to help you along the way.
Unique flexible for this price of software. Easy to extend, creating add-ons for cs-cart is very easy and mostly consistent.
It integrates pretty much the necessary features for an e-commerce website. The full plugin system can save you quite a lot compared to other platforms.
