Overall experience is great. Skubana has an amazing support team that helps us to make our work more efficient.
It was painful because after all was done, we found out through another Skubana employee that we did not set up our products/inventory properly during our on-boarding. This was quite troubling.
Complex but intuitive product, and the client service reps were fantastic - super communicative, knowledgeable and proactive.
Furthermore, we had a very poor experience communicating with the the support team.
It was a while ago but I loved the launch process. Skubana will have a dedicated rep work with you to setup Skubana while you are currently in the transition person away from your current provider.
Due to its complexity it takes some time to fully configure and use all the features available. We are also missing a couple of features which are due, according to Skubana in 2016.
This has everything integrated inventory/shipping/Analytics/POs/Multi User log ins. Best program on the market that is always improving.
But I know they have more in the pipeline. Skubana's only limitation is its bandwidth and time.
Skubana makes it very easy to manage multi-channel orders and fulfillment. It's an essential tool for our E-Commerce business with several different sales channels and fulfillment partners.
It has a very friendly User interface, good service and a lot of integration options.
I like the ease of use and the fact that it's online so I can access it anywhere at any time. Also, the linkage to my webstores and third party logistics centers was quite easy.
All of the features and functionality are set up to flow in a very natural way. This is especially great for our end users but it also keeps our training and operational costs down.
Skubana offers an easy to use, well supported, cost effective platform to ship, track inventory and manage sales data. We use it for retail and wholesale, international and domestic shipping.
Fortunately for us and kind of surprisingly, Skubana turned out to fill 99% of our needs.
Its versatility and amazing customer service team.
The customer service has been exceptional, and we truly look forward to continuing to grow with Skubana as a key element of our success.
The ability to organize my SKU's across multiple vendors, multiple warehouses and locations has helped streamline my workers tasks considerably.
The order bot tools are also very important as it automates a lot of the order management process, saving time and money.

We've never had any reliability or access issues. We are incredibly pleased that we made the decision to invest is such a great system.
We believe this issue has now been resolved for the errors seen importing and exporting data from Brightpearl. We do apologise for this issue occurring and the disruption to your business.
Great Amazon,Ebay,Magento(there is more but I use only these ) integrations with dynamic stock update work excellent for me.
I find very little to dislike about the software.
The system is very easy to use, has great functionality, looks good and does what it says it does.
When we've asked for help they have been simply telling it is a you problem, not the software, but no guidance on what we should be doing.
Support (Free) is pretty good and the system is improving all the time, with what seems like quarterly updates including extra features and better usability.
The CRM is basic, but functional. It is not pitched as a key part of BrightPearl however so hard to really call it a con.
Brightpearl is a fantastic all in one ERP system that is great for connecting all your eCommerce channels under one roof.
Easy to use and great customer service. Brilliant range of features.
Good accounting module and customer service with fast response and resolution time. Brightpearl is cloud based so I can log in from any computer or smartphone.
Again having a single product catalog in brightpearl that is pushed to Magento also makes sure we are consistent with our pricing across online and in-store, another big win.
We really enjoyed working with everyone involved in the project of setting up Tekla at Brightpearl. All the way from the sales to the final handover - and now ongoing customer success.
It's intuitive and very easy to integrate with other eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
Great tool for a small-mid sized fast growing omni-channel consumer goods business.
An intelligent platform that allows the business to report and develop it's strengths and weaknesses.
It is simple to use, yet complex, so that we can grow a lot within it. It was quick to implement, allowing us to benefit from the elevated toolbox immediately.
Easy to use and gives us all the necessary functions we need to run our online store.

Very good, customer service is good and always answer the phone.
Trouble is, the software is not extremely user-friendly, and sometimes the bulkiness is hard to deal with. Our company switched to an alternative company as a result.
The perfect tool to help manage your multi-channel systems.
Poor reporting and unable to link to accounts well or without paying more.
E-commerce is not a 'One Size Fits All' type of business, but Linnworks is adaptable and customisable and fits in perfectly with the way that we want to do things.
The [sensitive content hidden] jumps in when I have an issue rather than the account rep who was assigned to me. They are slimy and have lied multiple times.
Good functionality, easy to use and connects to all marketplaces.
Seeing as none of their prices have decreased they are lying saying that the majority will pay less as the majority will be small customers on the lowest price bracket.
Give it a try (for free) and ask questions on their facebook page and on their own forum. There are a lot of helpful Linnworks users out there that will give you there own experiences.
The customer support is very weak. Our rep doesn't seem to know anything.
Overall an very good system especially when you take into account the cost of it compared to other systems.
We outgrew the solution and found it increasingly frustrating to use.
Their platform has been working great for me. They manage my orders, control/update my inventory, provide direct supplier integration feeds and work with my Amazon FBA account.
Just getting to know the software, so difficult to say at this stage.
The listing process for many marketplaces in pretty standard and does offer the ability to create an almost endless list of properties to suit your product types.
I dont like the fact that if you need change things are taking longer and longer such as integration with channels or bugs within the software.
Does a lot but could still do thing better while providing important business task within the system.

The best part for me is that woocommerce is free providing an excellent e-commerce environment for fresh users containing a variety of different features.
However, I can see if folks are not inclined to be DIY about this they might be annoyed with the lack of documentation WITHIN Wordpress.
I can only recommend WooCommerce as the simplest and the best solution that saves you thousands of dollars in development.
My overall experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
All in all, it is the single best shopping solution for Wordpress. I used it on a few websites that I made and I loved it mainly because it was very easy and quick to set up.
A bit limited in functionality and if you need additional plugins it can end up being quite costly and complex to mantain updates.
The use of this has really made it easy for me to create a store very easy without complication. The great part of it is that it is free and easy to use.
The problem is that always you will find it in maybe your no-mother language, if you speak english go with it. If not, try to find another type of tool.
With the help of a ton of free plug-ins, it definitely adds value and functionality. Despite being free, you can customize it to a good extent.
I don’t both anymore with customer service, waste of time in the years I have used it it’s always the same remove plugins, and basically tear your site apart.
We use WooCommerce when we build websites for customers who want their own webshop. It is extremely easy to set up and supports good payment systems right out of the box.
For most websites, WooCommerce is the perfect fit and with all the documentation and plugins out there, most needs can be covered pretty much out of the box.
The range of options and flexibility in WooCommerce is absolutely astounding. No matter what kind of subscription, membership, single/group product price tag you want in your site- WooCommerce has it.
Excellent experience with Woocommerce confirms that this platform is very profitable for online business. Integration with social networks is also possible.
I like that it is widely integrated into Wordpress themes. I like that it's connected to Stripe and PayPal.
It's very user friendly especially for the ones who just starts from the scratch since, it helps in learning to build an e-commerce site with a little knowledge of programming.
WooCommerce is the most powerful and cost-effective eCommerce solution.
Product support and reliability are two of my biggest deciding factors when looking at solutions for my clients.

Magento has a very popular community edition, which is free and open source. It's relatively easy to set up, and have a great feature set.
But all this requires a lot of resources. We needed a terribly expensive hosting in order for the online website to withstand the load.
Magento is a great and responsive platform which is essential these days when everyone uses mobile devices and recommend it for e-commerce platforms.
Which resulted in an almost abandoned and forgotten open souce version.
There are many free and paid extensions to extend the features. It is very easy to write code, so you don't need to hire a programmer to use this CMS for a great customization job.
I dislike that after signing up for Magento I was bombarded by calls from telemarketers working for them that tried to sell me upgrades and other integrations to the platform.
What I like most about Magento is that it is open source in addition to being responsive and can be scaled according to quantity of products and sales.
Very overly complicated, terrible customer support, don't even get me started on the old-school interface of this CMS.
Magento is really user friendly, and it is easy for a beginner to get started with using Magento and developing an ecommerce platform. It also has some benefits when deploying onto server.
Magneto is definitely more expensive than competitors, and I think that's what hurts their product in the long run.
Well-defined api helps us to integrate with our backend ERP. There are very nice plugins which could be used based on the requirement.
Massively frustrating support experience via Magento Cloud. Very expensive, particularly when you factor in ongoing development and the skills required in house.
Magento is an incredibly powerful tool. I investigated all the biggies in e-commerce when making the decision which one to implement for my store and magento came out on top each time.
This e-commerce engine is notorious for being difficult to maintain. Even with the free version, you end up spending a lot of money on developers and maintenance to keep things running properly.
Unlike other platforms like Shopify and Woocommerce, this option has a more professional look and is a far more robust system.
I have worked on multiple web shops, and clients loved how easy it is to operate the Magento (at least from the client's side).
It helps to implement the eCommerce website quickly in secured manner.
Easily able to review purchases, adjust product price levels, even change tax rules, etc. The customer service is always good.
