We have been very pleased with the implementation so far. We have not capitalized on all of the features so far but are impressed with the ones we are using so far.
There really isn't much I can say that I dislike about DocTract.
It's a excellent software with powerful features for document management solution. DocTract offers advanced security features to easily share your sensitive documents with your team.
The most difficult thing that we discovered was having to convert our pdfs into word documents.
I liked the interface and ease of use with building workflows and the customization available. The ability to edit documents with ease while capturing the history has also been really great.
All Software has some disadvantage but I can say that DocTract hasn't any major issues as per my usage of the software.

Heavy usage of FAIR is great, and I like the application templates that can be downloaded for crowdsourcing.
Risk Cloud can seem daunting as a new user, and the power user training will give you the basics but you may still feel a bit lost.

The Document Locator product stays up with technology and is simple to implement and utilize. Best of all their Customer and Tech support is fabulous.
Ve been administering my company’s Document Locator system for 8+ years. Never have I come up with a problem they couldn’t solve.
The indexing is the best part, training was good. The employees in OR are calm and very nice to work with.
As the software is so powerful it requires a decent amount of training to become proficient. Also the inability to link to the folders in the software is inconvenient at times.
The best feature we like about Document locator is the email management using my favorite software "outlook. It helps with a number of other features including PDF conversion, Document preview etc.
Meta data being returned from a Unix ERP system was not the easiest to change, constant testing.
I'm impressed by this one feature and recommend this solution because of this. Other user interface is available, but the shell integration is what sold me.
Customer representatives have a great relationship with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin which makes to the support for this product great.
Can be accesses from Mobile easily. The interface is clean and simple which helps out using it effectively.
Not only does Document Locator works seamlessly inside windows, it has a great API and is very easy to administer. Users generally don’t require more than about 15 minutes of training.
I think they are very successful in workflow management. File sharing is also easy and reliable.

There is a bit of a learning curve for new users, can be difficult to configure for individual needs. The stock software is very basic.
Working with Chris and Jason was a great experience. Customer support is superb.
So many attributes, sometimes difficult to understand.
Overall, great experience with the tool and good return on investment.
We store our workpapers in it for audits we perform. We do our risk assessment in it.

Great platform that has helped and will continue to help our organization improve and become accredited.
The downside is that in order to maximize the tools provided, it takes time.
I am very happy with the service and the customer support is the best I have ever had. Keep up the good work PowerDMS.
Lack of IT help for moving files. Inability to print more than 1 page.
It is great for getting out training to employees and more convenient for them. I really like how it puts information at the fingertips of employees no matter where they are.
There is no middle ground for PowerDMS Administrators. I can't tell you how many times my session wants to timeout as I am in the middle of loading a proof.
The accountability of staff via this software is amazing and the money saved for purchasing paper is used on purchasing other needed items for our agency.
About the only thing I can think of would be that there's no way to group proofs/attachments for a given standard within an assessment.
It has been amazing to work with. It has streamlined our policies and trainings.

JumpCloud is by far the best solution for those smaller businesses that don't have the time or the budget for a dedicated IT team.
Not having to maintain an internal LDAP directory has been a substantial burden that was lifted by JumpCloud.
I have been very happy with the price and reliability of the services that I need from JumpCloud. I don't use them all, but what I do use, I use extensively.
Importing users from Gsuite which was the main system that housed all our users centrally was simple, albeit lacking granular import options (such as ignore mailgroups etc).
JumpCloud has helped Octane solve so many issues that I didn't even know I needed to solve. And on top of that their support team and our account manager are the absolute best.
Fantastic replacement for active directory and moving your on-premise IT infrastructure into the cloud.
Jumpclouds offering has great features and helps simplify the central user management issue we had.
The services are very good and I only remember one incident that directly affected me, but the jumpcloud support resolved it quickly.

The software has free updates which is awesome and the community board is very helpful. I would recommend this product to any IT environment that is looking for network monitoring solution.
Sometimes when organizing items on the screen I accidentally move wrong and then all my server/website objects end up in strange places on the screen.
Ease of use for WhatsUp Gold is great. The product does what is advertised and provides a great system for notification and analysis.
Bulk editing is cumbersome and import from lists does not work well.
Great monitoring and alerting systems. Easy viewing and great for displaying on a monitor.
The biggest problem with this product is the performance/capacity of the product to generate graphs. Using java to fetch data from the database to paint pages is slow.
Scanning ping-able assets to monitor for status, uptime, performance is extremely helpful to the IT team and allows us to be proactive instead of reactive.
Enabling monitoring on just ping is not at all intuitive and there is no way to verify it without downing a device.
We have been using WhatsUp as our network monitoring solution for over a decade now, and have found it to be easy to configure and maintain, and pricing was very competitive.
Ive been very pleased with the service and depend on this daily to deliver important health updates.
The product is easy to use and not too expensive, it makes it a good fit for my company.
It provides a nice visual representation of the health of your IT infrastructure environment and allows for the easy drilling down into details that are needed.

User-friendly and with good tracking features, like tracking the amount of time a user spends in an application so that it can help your company to know its productivity in a certain area.
I have asked and received no response from their support staff, which was irritating.
We are happy extremely happy with the overall product and the Customer service is outstanding.
Sad to say that we no longer use Teramind as it has a min requirement of 5 licenses but we have only one system to monitor.
The system offers a very proactive and detailed monitoring platform which quite frankly, is absolutely fantastic.
I also don't like how if there is an outage of reporting it doesn't seem to be possible to get logs from the software that would indicate the reason why.
I highly recommend this program. Customer service is great and help you right away.
It will time out and try to reconnect for no apparent reason. It requires you to shut down the program and could require program repair to fully correct.

I also don't like how if there is an outage of reporting it doesn't seem to be possible to get logs from the software that would indicate the reason why.
I highly recommend this program. Customer service is great and help you right away.
It will time out and try to reconnect for no apparent reason. It requires you to shut down the program and could require program repair to fully correct.

They desperately need an onboarding component into vendor management platform.

The staff is great to work with and always has the customers best interests in mind.

I worry that our clients are still able to be sued over things related to this as I believe Termly disclaims any liability.
Company is great as well. Price and pricing strategy has changed since I purchased but they keep renewing me with the price and terms that I originally purchased which is great too.
I knew my use case was fairly typical. If I had a new use case, I might have been nervous to circumvent a more custom experience.

The UI can be a bit difficult to navigate when you first use the product. A lot of the time is spend trying to find your way around.
Thereafter the product has been easy to learn and understand and we have implemented it for Uphishing, ULearn, UPolicy in particular and the MI is excellent.
I haven't used this enough to identify a negative around the solution.
User friendly, and the courses deliver enough information in a very little time. Other add-on features like policy management and phishing campaigns expand the coverage of this platform.
The online chat is extremely responsive whatever time I use it. The bite-size training delivered fortnightly to staff has clearly had positive effects.

I have reached out via email weeks ago and still no help. Also its frustrating to always have to request to view an invoice then have to wait till someone uploads it.

I wasn't 100% sure that it would cover everything I needed to.

Customer support has been fantastic and very responsive if there has been an issue. In general, this software helps us maintain compliance with State Certification.
I still find it a little confusing to modify/disseminate policies.
I love the customer service they are great. The program it self is pretty user friendly.
Learning any new system is difficult, especially when you do not use it daily.
As a new user, your staff was great to work with. They walked me through several areas to help me get started and feel comfortable with the product.
I was really not a computer person. So afraid that this would be really above my pay grade.
I like the ease of use and format. Very easy to find what I need.
It is a difficult task to creat test and test answers.
Her communications with me are always top-notch, too. She's a clearly a huge asset to your service side.
I am sure there are additional aspects that I have yet to discover. This product was a huge help with our State accreditation process.
