Since starting Vespasian Security in 2006, I have used my media background along with my 9 years within the security and crowd management industry to develop Vespasian into a viable alternative to the large multinational crowd management companies. Vespasian is an independent family company with a national influence and ability. It draws upon the combined 55 years of educational acumen of our two other directors to focus on staff training and development. I have recently launched our Vespasian's educational arm, The Event Training Centre. It is designed to deliver event specific nationally recognised courses in everything from manual handling crowd management to security training and first aid. I believe I have led Vespasian to a strong position within the market place by continuing to deliver the highest quality staff within a friendly, attentive and professional service. I am currently undertaking the Foundation Degree in Crowd Management and Safety at Bucks New Uni and am enjoying every part of the course. As a result of the ground breaking work we believe the University is doing, I have made the course a minimum requirement for all of our Crowd Managers to attain as part of our their development.

A professional team that have produced and outstanding product. This has reduced our administrative challenges with workforce management down to almost zero. The look and functionality of the system is great. Clean and crisp the dashboard features are excellent. The ability to swiftly communicate with specific groups of staff or our entire workforce at the click of a button has had a significant impact on the smooth running of our team. We estimate that the implementation of PARiM has saved nearly 40% of our entire booking team time. This has meant that we have been able to increase the capacity of our booking team and maximise the time we spend on positive engagement with our team members.
