My bio

The blog & knowledge exchange is an active accumulation of my professional career, in which I have been passionate to find efficiency in maturable processes and reusable design. I believe that these are vital elements when aligning with dynamic organizational strategies, and are imperatives when surviving-to-thriving globally. My purpose is to continue to add value within my organization, as well as to constantly push my capabilities and expertise by being involved with Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) practices at-large. I find significance when working, learning, networking, mentoring and nerding out to the practices of PPM :) #PPMWarrior started as a mantra while working within the exciting, challenging and quickly maturing landscape of PPM. The term Warrior represents a person with great utility, diligence and courage to do the right things at the right time, with the highest efficiency. These entrepreneurial skills are often called upon when working within the PPM environment, especially for those who invest their commitment and drive. The PPM Warrior community is here to help us enable our organizations to thrive. Follow the blog, post @PPMWarrior, submit directly, and watch for many exciting updates . . . but above all, enjoy the information and connections.

Meiserplan experiences  starstarstarstarstar  2015-07-20

Upon completing a POC with real data, this was the only tool for Portfolio Planning (PPM) that was consumable by my partners within the organization, and enabled this functionality for the first time. The GUI allowed it to "actually stick".

Systematically it was essentially turn-key and customer support was some of the most direct and highest quality that I have ever received.

Not yet tested the full range of scalability for human resources, but do expect more overhead when dealing with "all those moving pieces" . . . still a better alternative
