I am the person at our team to explain new project opportunities and most of the team members prefer a systematic or diagrammatic explanation of details. Apart from the initial learning time on how to use this app, it will save tons of energy and money for sure. I used to draw using a pen and paper and Lucidchart changed everything to just the computer screen. I can collaborate with other members of my team to make updates on my diagram. I can clearly set permissions on where someone other than me can do an edit. Sharing the diagram online is just a matter of seconds.
Cons
I think Lucidchart must add more advanced templates for the basic users. The other main drawback is that there is no offline access to Lucidchart in any platforms. If there was a desktop client application that works offline as well and automatically updates all the edits when the PC connects to internet would have been much helpful.

Monday.com simply is not just another project management tool. It clearly stands above most with its unique real time monitoring/management ability. One of our board directors advised us to use this tool and he said the best thing in it is it allows the users to add any update to the project in real time. Even though the people are form different continents, what we see is the project is being updated every hour. We can subdivide tasks in to several categories and assign each of them to different people and share different documents/files across them only thus it helps to keep the data safe and shared only among those who linked directly to it. It offers the best price and the I heard back immediately when I had a query.
Cons
Not the best when accessed using a mobile device. I am finding it hard to scroll down when using an iPhone app. The price is reasonable but sometimes it is confusing when the pricing page lists different price structure for different number of users.

I don't know if any email service providers allow its users to connect a domain name for free, but Zoho mail does. I was surprised when I see a marketing email from them saying that I have been offered to connect my own domain name for free to my email and when I tried, it worked. It was the very beginning of a part time business I setup last year and Zoho mail helped to save lot of money as I didn't need to go for a separate provider to get a custom domain. The features offered were so much interesting in Lite plan. The initial setup was so easy and I did it myself.
Cons
The interface is not conventional like Gmail or Yahoo. People who were used to Gmail might find it strange to use in the initial days.

I mainly use FullContact's chrome extension to work as a people identifier for Gmail. If installed properly, there will be a right hand side panel appears on the top. The verification provided by FullContact is 50% more reliable and accurate than some of its competitors like LinkedIn sales navigator, adapt.io etc.. Other extensions only provide LinkedIn account details associated with an email address, but FullContact lists all the social media profiles of that person. The extension works very fast and the panel pops up automatically when we move the mouse over an email address.
Cons
The extension is very difficult in the beginning to function smoothly. Even if you install it and refresh gmail, there won't be anything popped up for few minutes and then suddenly with out doing anything it starts working well. I was totally confused when first trying it. The extension is free but there is a daily limit for the free plan. The price is also not so much attractive for freelancing sales people.

We use Slack and Slack only for everything! We can't imagine shifting to a new platform for discussing project details. Previously we were using 2-3 applications at the same time and slack just replaced the need for all these 3. The main advantage of slack is that it integrates with almost every application that people use regularly at work.
Cons
The web browser version of slack is not functioning properly. I think they do not work on improving this because they may want us to download their desktop client application. The price structure is not so attractive for small companies. The desktop application sometimes doesn't detect an internet connection and stays offline.

Firstly, what I love the most about this application is its social monitoring capabilities. If someone mentions me, across any social media, I can get to them right away and respond. Not just keeping a close watch on our brands and products, it has also helped us explore business possibilities, insights and improve conversion rates. I found the customer service to be extremely responsive and helpful. Brand24 is very user-friendly, easy to navigate and intuitive, you don’t need a lot of technical knowledge to be a pro at using it! We can compose immense and crisp reports about our brands using this application.I have had very good experience with their customer support team.
Cons
The application is quite costly, it is not affordable for a small-scale business or for personal use. I found the mobile version too difficult to use as compared to the desktop version. The searchability and analytics features, if improved could make the application perfect. I hope they upgrade the sentiment recognition feature.

Pros
Installing and setting up the application is a very simple process. It didn't take me much time to get used to Okta. It has helped us save a lot of time by eliminating the need to type and retype passwords huge number of times. The support team has been extremely responsive to our concerns and issues were solved with in hours. The integration with the AD (active directory) has been seamless, within seconds we were able to import information and create accounts. In addition to thousands of applications in their catalog, they keep adding more each day.
Cons
I found that the report generation features aren’t up to the mark. When we wanted to delete some accounts, I couldn't do it myself and had to get help from a customer support agent. What they said was we can only deactivate, but not delete them. I needed it to be removed from everywhere in fact.

There is this inbuilt password generation feature where a password is auto-generated based on the type and number of characters you specify. It is free to install this application, and we can use this application across multiple platforms at the same time and it is compatible with almost all popular browsers and platforms. I always had problems with remembering passwords in the past, but this application has made it possible to not just safely store these passwords, but also retrieve them in no time. The best thing is that I don’t have to fill forms one by one! This auto-save feature has saved a lot of my time. Multi-factor authentication ensures security and protects your passwords from hackers.
Cons
The refunds take time to get processed. Sharing this information with team members is a very tedious task. A few of our employees who are not technically good, found it difficult to use this application. The customer support team takes several days to respond to queries and concerns!

It was just amazing to see how Wunderlist helps me to break down and simplify my to-do list. We can categorize and share this list with the team members. We just need to use a hashtag to sort tasks and sub tasks into different categories. At one glance we can see the statuses of all the tasks like starred, completed, due today or due after 14 days. In case some of your tasks are due, you can create alerts or reminders to notify you about the deadline. We can add notes to each task and keep them organized. The cloud-based application is available across multiple platforms and all the changes we make are synced instantly.
Cons
It would have been much more appealing if more labels and color preferences were added to tasks . A due date feature for sub tasks would have been also perfect if implemented in a correct manner. It would be helpful if the application is integrated with some invoicing application as well.

Pros
Any user with a valid card can make payments through PayPal. There is complete security as well as privacy whenever payments are being made or received. It is literally used by all; hence there is no trouble in any transactions. They do not send a lot of emails and create disturbances among the users. The payment dispute section is also a boon to the uses.
Cons
If the user account goes under suspicious activity, which even includes a change in IP address, the account may get blocked without any prior information. This can even result in not being able to use the existing money in the account. The support team responds to queries with canned responses and is of no help at all. The fees they charge is not affordable for freelancers while receiving money internationally.
