One in ten of the world's population lives without safe water. 6.3 million children under the age of five died in 2013. 2.5 billion people still do not have basic sanitation facilities such as toilets or latrines. I'm passionate about active, tangible efforts to change staggering statistics in the World we live in. Currently I am working overseas with YWAM Townsville focusing on Australia and Papua New Guinea. In early 2013 I began preparing to deliver a 13,300 Liter water tank to a village in Central Province. Papua New Guinea. In 2014, my team and I were able to not only successfully accomplish this, but were also able to focus on other needs in this village as well as encourage community development and basic health and sanitation issues amongst the PNG people. My goal is to see people trained, equipped, and empowered to partner with locals in these regions to see a positive change in their faith, relationships, daily routines, hygiene, and communities. Nothing is impossible, it's time to #overcomeimpossible.

Still figuring it out...  starstarstarstarstar_border  2016-01-01

We've used Pardot for just over two years now. I only recently was involved in the backend of Pardot where I learned how to use and develop our processes using it. I feel Pardot could offer a lot more options of tracking and measuring it's effectiveness. There are additional purchases that you will need to make in order to track all of the finer details like videos, clicks etc. It is great B2B, but I'm not convinced it's at it's peek yet. I find myself spending a lot of time searching to find if things are possible, when in reality they are not. Overall, out of the other options I have explored it is the best out there in it's field. I think in a few years time they will develop even more.

 Pros

Customer service is near flawless, and they work with us really well. You can make pardot fit your needs, and customise the content you are sending to specific and targeted people.

 Cons

Pardot has it's own database with limited space depending on your package. Some things in pardot cannot be tracked - like videos for example. It's simple to use, but lacking in a breadth of options.

We've used salesforce for a number of years. We are often pushing the limits to customize salesforce to match our non-traditional needs. While it's not always straight forward, we have always been able to change the layouts and processes to fit our needs.

If you have a business, and you have a website then you need this! Livechat was the missing link to our customer service and we have had nothing but positive response from our customers! On top of that, they send out regular tips and tricks to better use their service and it's so incredibly helpful! I couldn't imagine not using LiveChat at this point - it's a part of who we are now, and the customer service that we offer.
