I am a B2B customer marketing and communications professional with a “can-do” attitude and flair for creative writing. After beginning as an events intern, I heard my call to marketing and quickly escalated my career to the management level. Since then, I've spearheaded two corporate rebrands, lead the implementation of several B2B corporate blogs, and have established multiple thought leadership and sales enablement strategies to accelerate the sales cycle and drive conversions. Today, I oversee the customer marketing team at Firmex, and use events, partnerships, and marketing technologies to provide better customer experiences to Firmex users. Firmex is a cloud-based virtual data room provider used by over 200,000 investment banking, legal and corporate professionals to securely share critical due diligence documents with their teams and prospective buyers during a transaction. Outside of work, I am passionate about health and fitness. With friends, we started Full Health Children's Charity, an organization dedicated to promoting physical and mental health among Canadian youth, and I am actively involved as a coach with the Special Olympics. When I’m not marketing, you can find me running, camping and throwing themed parties.

I was originally hesitant about making a bet on the Influitive software, as I was unsure about how our customers would respond to this type of loyalty program. Since launching, every day we see more value come from our program! Not only have we been able to attribute real bottom line impact to the software, but we've also increased the quality and quantity of conversations we have with our customers. I'm excited to see what's to come as we continue evolving our hub.

+ Amazing support team + Great coaching from account manager + Very customizable + User-friendly

 Cons

- Expensive - Sometimes find software difficult to use with large customer lists
