Zapier Reviews
Integration platform to connect web apps

Such a great way to integrate all your systems  starstarstarstarstar  12/09/2015

I just recently started using Zapier and wish I had gotten started sooner. I love how I can connect different apps that normally would not be connected and get them to work together to automate several processes within my business.

 Pros

Easy to get started and there's now tons of integrations you can make. For example, I have it setup where if I star an email in gmail, it will create a task in Asana. I have our onboarding form automatically feed into Trello and create a new card for our operations team. There are so many different ways you can automate your business by using Zapier.

 Cons

I guess you can never have enough integration options.

Asana Reviews
Shared task list for project management & collaboration

Easy task management  starstarstarstarstar_border  12/09/2015

It isn't the most aesthetically appealing task management app, but it is pretty powerful with it's recurring features and ability to incorporate sub tasks, project/task templates, and more.

 Pros

Easy to setup recurring tasks and quickly view at a glance what you have on your plate.

 Cons

I wish I could set a due date from an email or have a default task due date assigned so that when I viewed "My Tasks" it wouldn't get lost (since no due dates don't appear). The ability to sort by due date is still missing on Android.

Intercom Reviews
A fundamentally new way to communicate with your customers

Amazing insights into how your app is being used  starstarstarstarstar  12/09/2015

Signed up for an Intercom demo and immediately purchased. The ability to trigger automated emails based on activities within your app is pretty sweet. I really love having the ability to just send in-app alerts to users to highlight a new feature release. All of our live chats are now supported through Intercom as well so we can easily track conversations to users and allow our team to know more about our users when handling their requests.

 Pros

It's a fully integrated automation, live chat, and app monitoring system.

 Cons

No complaints from me...it can be a little pricey to get ALL of the bells and whistles, but for what it does it's a solid value.

Love the daily email recaps  starstarstarstarstar  09/09/2015

Hubstaff is a great way to manage your virtual team to ensure their time is being spent actually working on your business. The email reports allow me to not need to log in to the app every day and quickly get a feel for how the team performed the day prior.

 Pros

The most impressive thing to me is the activity tracking. It records your mouse movements and keyboard entries as activity. Another nice feature is that it not only tracks total time logged, but also which apps were used and websites visited.

 Cons

Honestly, none...very easy to get setup. I haven't had any issues.
