I am currently Managing Director at ISA Security Services. A family run business - small enough to care but large enough to deliver. Our business is divided into 3 divisions, ISA Security Services – Offering Man Guarding Services to organisations throughout the UK ISA One Call – which is our Key Holding and Alarm Response Division operating within the Midlands ISA Special Events – Our specialist events division provide support to events throughout the UK As managing director I am responsible for the performance of the company, as dictated by the board’s overall strategy. My Responsibilities include: • formulating and successfully implementing company policy; • directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company; • developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the board; • putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems; • ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the management and other employees; • closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets; • taking remedial action where necessary and informing the board of significant changes; • maintaining the operational performance of the company; • monitoring the actions of the functional board directors; • assuming full accountability to the board for all company operations; • representing the company to major customers and professional associations; • building and maintaining an effective executive team.

Excellence in Workforce Management

Simple and effective - Great Interface - Easy to use  starstarstarstarstar  04/12/2014

As a National Security provider it is imperative we found a people management system that was both cost effective and most importantly ease to use for both our Control Room Staff and Security Officers on site. Creating new shifts, booking officers on, sending out rotas has previously been time consuming and a major burden on our limited resources, with this new software all of these tasks have been made simple. Within days of using the software I have seen increased productivity and finally feel we have found a solution that will allow us to improve the service offering we currently provide our clients. The Parim staff are quick to respond to our needs and we are very excited about the future. Overall I would recommend this system to those companies that are looking to either change their existing software or need a helping hand in managing their workforce.

 Cons

Don't know any yet but I'm sure once we advise the Parim team they will do their best to fix the problem.
