The only app you need for all documentation  starstarstarstarstar_border  2016-11-28

All my work gets saved automatically and could be shared effortlessly. There is no need to find compatible apps as it opens on browser. When multiple people need to review there is a great option to review each person's opinion. Overall the only documentation tool you will need.

 Pros

Great for team documentation and easy to access documents anywhere and anytime.

 Cons

Not much formatting option like MS word.

Best workplace app  starstarstarstarstar_border  2016-11-28

It's a great app that lets our team to stay connected at all times. All our information are stored internally and could be retrieved easily when ever needed. Also with the bots and gifs, even our most serious conversation seems hilarious. An app that's a stress buster as well as serves the purposw very well.

 Pros

The simple UI, and the abiLity to create separate channel for each goal helps us to divide and simplify our task list.

 Cons

There is no way to plan weekly tasks efficiently. But since this is more of a communication app it's not really a con.

Aaana helps us manage multiple campaigns. The app is extremely useful in sending us instant updates of task added. There best part about Asana is the calendar view which has helped me to visually analyze the amount of work pending and how to manage it within the speculated time. Reminders help us to stay on our toe and the in app messaging and commenting feature makes your life a while lot easy. Overall, a great app that pushes is to complete tasks.

 Pros

The easy to use UI which makes the app Appealing. Also, the calendar view that helps make task management simple.

 Cons

Assigning a task is bit drag. The lack of bots that's available in most apps now is a big drawback.
