Pros

Customer Support are great - so responsive and keep jargon to a minimum, a pleasure to deal with.
Easy to set up, Great analytics, lovely design, easy to use, easy for time tracker to add their hours with just 1-2 clicks, good documentation.
There's a good team board for planning and a useful timesheet. I think you can improve the management of the task and the possibility to use an agile view.

Pros

This has been very helpful and I know my employees are thankful in that it keeps me on task for payments to subs.
Simple, very helpful for our job. Easy to use, interesting software.
Pyrus software is very helpful in our company organization. Asking for approval is easier.

Cons

Performance and usability are a disappointing lack of logic and systematics produce errors and false interpretation.
It was just a bad experience. We switched to Harvest + Forecast.
The extra features of the Pro version do not justify the cost. The expense function is weak.

Cons

We had some issue during installation that were terribly frustrating, luckily, they were able to address our concerns and find satisfactory resolutions.
We're working in the insurance field and Pyrus became an indispensable tool when it comes to daily workflows. There is a mess of everyday routine, though it allows to organize everything smoothly.
They do work offline contrary to many competitors (asana, basecamp).
