Undoubtedly, the benefits outweigh the difficulties. Our management became more agile, communication with employees more dynamic, with fewer "clicks" to access their performance, greater reliability of information, and also greater control over configurations, as we prefer the model of total parameterization by us customers.

Pros

The software is very intuitive and customizable right from the deployment. The amount of configuration and creation of screens, items, parameterizations, links is very large and allows almost customized adjustments. The interface is good, graphically friendly. The company's support is very good, and allows for close contact for improvements and troubleshooting. I understand that it is suitable for any size/management maturity, whether it is a small company starting performance management, or a large company with daily KPI management at all levels.

Cons

The software still has some points of improvement at a general level, such as standardization of screens, filters, layout, which can further enhance the user experience. An observation is also in relation to the high level of customization/configuration: it can make simple processes complex, or require a large domain of the software operation to perform registrations, configurations, changes.

My overall experience is positive; because our FINAL result is good, it is satisfactory. Meets our need. When we have a problem with the software, we are assisted by a consultant or by the jira. The point that generates greater wear is really the initial parameterization.

Pros

The software allows a "nice" and practical view for our internal customers. Access is integrated with the email and with a few clicks the user can have access to their indicators, results and scores.

Cons

I have difficulty in the INITIAL parameterization of the system. There are MANY aspects to be considered and rules to be respected within it. A lot of loads must be done, as well as many "lashings" and adjustments that we have to make within the system until everything is ok.
