I love the product, and love taking inspiration from other people who are using the product. There a many open source templates that you can use and organize your life on top of them.

We have integrated it via its API with our in-house issue tracking software: the integration was a little awkward but once set-up hasn't given us any problems. Its flexibility and ease of use put Intervals in a class all its own in my opinion. Works great for our needs.

Tech support was also very helpful with the few questions I have had thus far and speedy. Job Nimbus is allowing us to slowly change and monitor our practices. We've been able to secure a better sales pipline and keep better tabs on our accounts receivable and outstanding. I was an adjuster for 20 years and had a good computer system. We use this in our sprint meetings and it is very easy to navigate. Best thing I like about this is the ability to add media directly to the board.

I love the fact that it incorporates a spreadsheet element and "cards" and seamlessly pulls from one to the other. Super easy to wrap my head around that system. I also like how you can see a full history of everything that has happened. The workflow rules are nice (these seem pretty basic though - would love more options for these).

I love the workflow templates if offers out of the box. Jira also supports Kanban boards and has an awesome mobile app which can keep you up to date anywhere. For a non developer user there is too many things and options you get lost in the middle of it. So much complexity in terms of customization that me, personally end up being a little bit lost.

This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.

I canceled 2 days before the billing date through the website, then I was STILL charged. Process Street is outstanding for both documenting our processes and for tracking work in progress. We use it for both, and have saved tons of time and money. We're slowly finding ways to implement this more and more into our systems. We have a support person on Process Street that's super helpful and responsive to our many questions.
