Pros

There are premade templates that are great, and provides awesome insight on how powerful the software really is. I frequently use their social media calendar, and the project list.
I like to see a whole month's worth of content at one time. It is also super helpful that one team member can upload content and another can download from a different location.
I love the low price-point and the amazing customer service they have, by far one f the most powerful low-cost database/spreadsheet tool out there.

Pros

Easy to install and free, nice tool to write SQL queries. Important for data analysts and a good tool on the market.
Overall MySQL is an amazing database for any kind of application. It is robust with almost every feature an application needs.
Great database for open-source but commercial products as well. It has very good performance and lots of additional features (like log-based replication) included without additional cost.

Cons

What I dislike most about this software is that I cannot type extended sentences in one box. Whenever I try to paste a long sentence or paragraph the words go into the rows beneath.
Some features around forms are notably missing and it is hard to integrate work-arounds.
It was a mess trying to get it set up. Initially it was set up with separate paid spaces and then trying to get everything onto an enterprise plan was a huge headache.

Cons

Error messages are not well explanatory. If you are stuck with an issue, it is difficult to get a support.
Really large databases become slow and need a lot of maintenance. Error messages are often vague and unhelpful so finding what went wrong requires a lot of work.
Worst thing is that in scenarios with multitenant databases with somewhat mediocre load MySQL starts to leak memory.

Airtable has been impressive overall. It's a great tool for databases, no matter their size. It's easy to set up, revise, and train other team members on. I'm very happy with this product. I just wish it was easier to integrate with MySQL-based backends (such as Weebly and Squarespace).

Pros

It's very easy to use, no matter your technical knowledge/abilities. It's great for teams, because it keeps track of who has revised what and when. The visual interface is polished and easy to learn. It's easy to flex larger or smaller as needed. Its tools are robust and always improving.

Cons

There aren't enough built-in integrations with larger website hosts, such as Weebly and Squarespace. There also isn't a built-in integration with MySQL. It's best to use on its own.
