It is a software I use daily to organize project and collaborate with team members.
It has a bit of a learning curve but once you get it, there is nothing you cannot do with Airtable.
I haven't found anything I don't like yet - maybe the option to have multiple bases open in different tabs.

AirTable has become a major part of our business and the software can be used to manipulate data in various meaningful forms.
AirTable has all the same functionality as excel, but can be presented in a number of different formats and views to cater to needs of team members. Offers several customize options for reporting and task management.
Maxed out the free data allowance, status bars are either open or closed, it would be nice to have a progress bar.

Works just like google sheets so it is very easy to pick up and start your project right away. Collaborative and in real time. I like that you are able to create your own custom buttons, columns, set due dates and processes. I use it to track candidates outside of my CRM to see where they are what stage their in and my next tasks.
Sometimes if open for a long period of time, it will force refresh and if you did anything recently it will lose that data.

vers of airtable. But there are some technical issues that you might run into for those with larger databases, such as loading speed and search. What this app needs is an offline mode, the ability to cache some or all your data onto the app for quick pull-up in areas that
Google Sheets requires access to ALL docs rather than just those files created by the app. No good
but major flaw is no offline support. You have to have the absolute best service at that time you open it or it will load cycle

Overall, I really like using Airtable and will continue to do so.
I like that there are different viewing options for the data. This feels like a glorified spreadsheet.
I don't like that when you open the software it defaults to a random month and not the last month you were working in or the current month.

I like that I am able to compile all of the various campaigns that I am running into one, clean and open workspace. It's easy to see all of the data to figure out my plans for upcoming and future projects.
The training and FAQ are still a little lite, but they are listening to the marketplace and adding tweaks constantly!

Flexibility. Airtable is essentially a database that can be tailored and modified any way you like. In past roles I've used JIRA, Trello, Asana for agile project management, but there's invariably some workflow restriction of each of these apps. Airtable is most flexible project management tool I've ever used.
iOS app is a bit laggy. Also wish that boolean fields could be swiped on the main view, instead of having to open each record. Also, there's no python library for interacting with the API.

Airtable is a great tool because it keeps everyone on top of their responsibilities and keeps lines of communication open, so that everyone is notified when anything needs to be updated or a problem needs to be solved, and it documents everything that happens so that no one gets left behind.
As a project management tool, Airtable stands out from the rest since it provides a platform for reminding everyone on a work team of their responsibilities and fostering an environment where everyone works together toward a common goal. Everyone will ensure that tasks are updated so that there is no delay when all tasks are presented in a unified program, which is the best way to complete projects. Even so, it was
It doesn't say anything, but I didn't have any technical issues while using Airtable, and the support team is always there to help. The subscription fees are reasonable and suited to all sectors.

As a small media production team, we've used Airtable to keep track of inquiries and project proposals for clients, as well as keep internal databases for project logs. It's ultra customizable, so we can organize and display our information in a variety of ways to boost productivity.
Airtable is a great solution for quickly organizing contacts and leads, doing project planning with a small team, and keeping logs with rich information. It's easy to use, flexible, and the free version is excellent!
Because there are so many display and organization options, It's easy to start getting bogged down in infinite customization. The slight delay logging in to the desktop app every time I open it is a minor annoyance.

Very easy to use and figure out if you've used Excel, Google or other database products. Linking fields are pretty idiot proof and allow you to segment your data in different tables. Field types cover a variety of data sources. You don't have to be a programmer to figure this out. For those of us who don't work on networked machines, this allows us to collaborate over the Internet but still download and save versions of the base periodically. Also, for those of us who need quick access to the information without having to open the computer, open the program and perform a complicated find, the iPhone app is useful.
Wish there was a way to view all of the data for one record in one screen without having to scroll all the way through a form.

Easy to keep track of my blog content, manage different projects with different clients, create surveys and have all the replies on one place.
AirTable allows me to have all my content and information in one easy place. I use AirTable for my personal and professional budget to manage my invoices and contracts with my various clients and projects, outline my content planner (for my blog), outline my online courses / programs / consulting programs... it's my favourite app ever!
The learning courve to explore AirTable in the best way can be a challenge. Usually, I advice to know want you want to accomplish before open AirTable from scratch. Or alternatively, you can always start with their simple templates!

I had a minor graphical issue when a record is being filtered and it does not completely disappear from the list. Not sure if this issue only applies to Chrome.
The clean look and ease of use. It only takes a few hours tops to understand how to use Airtable. No documentation or FAQ was necessary.
The email notification when you're being assigned a record. There should be a slight delay in sending and only after the brief is filled. Currently, you need to click the link and open Airtable to know what the assignment is about.

I use Airtable to report my field and office activities on a daily basis, follow up on customers, record customer information, monitor fellow staff and keep i this simplifies my work. Many thanks to Airtable
Airtable has very many filters and you can filter out a particular field you want to look at.This simplifies work. The views in airtable are also wonderful and the fact that you can rename, personalise or make public and or delete them makes it more convenient Airtable notifications from mentions which are sent to both airtable and emails help you keep track of your activity and tasks Its user friendly with a good interface and easy to learn The training room where you can learn from before going to the live system is a nice attribute Permission levels given to collaborators helps in managing employees Activity done on Airtable is recorded in real time It is very secure (requires login)
Airtable shows deleted words with a line crossing the words or sentences which could have been written in error. It requires a stable internet connection, consumes more data, sometimes takes long to open and one needs to keep refreshing the page

We use Airtable for a few different things. We've used it for inventory tracking, client record keeping, lead funnel tracking and even support ticket tracking at one time. Like I said before it's basically anything you want/need it to be.
Easy to use. Simple Interface. Can use on any devise. Lots of integrations. Has the ability to pretty much build whatever you need and link it all together.
Free version can be a little limiting and jumping to the paid version is quite a jump, especially if you have several users. You don't quite have the complete 'open landscape' like excel or gsheets one row is dedicated to one entry.

All in all, it's been a lifechanging app that allows me to do a lot of things that I previously had to use myriad other disparate apps to do. The focus on a clear, thoughtful UI and an open, extensible API hooked me in and made me really realize the value of an awesome API, especially paired with Zapier.
It can do a LOT of things really well, has an excellent API, and a simple, intuitive structure. I've personally found dozens of use cases. You can use it like a Swiss Army Knife to build your own workflows and tools.
It does not yet have rich text field or markdown, you cannot link between bases yet, and the Slack notifications could be better. A rich text field could enable me to use Airtable instead of tools like OneNote/EverNote.

AMAZING! cannot stress how useful Airtable was within our recruitment department. We needed it every day to track our open roles/where candidates were in the process as well as overall project management. THIS IS AN AMAZING PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOL FOR THOSE IN NEED! Keeps projects very organized, as well as great for collaboration between teams/departments, and tracks progress/ what needs to be done very well!
LOVED AIRTABLE AND WOULD 10/10 RECCOMEND. Soooo useful for project management to see where you are in the project, what needs to be done, and when things are due. AMAZING for collaboration! We used it for our recruitment team for our candidate tracking database. We used it every day to track where they were in the process if they were advancing to the next step, or if we needed to reject them. We linked their GH and LI pages for easy contact as well. Additionally, we used Airtable for our 2023 project tracker and were able to easily organize tasks within groups such as GH management, DEI initiatives, and CRM. It was easy to see what our team was working on, completing or planning to complete.
It is pretty tricky to figure out how to use it at first but there are many trainings to watch to learn. This is probably my only concern with Airtable, everything else is great.

It has been great so far. The adoption process was seamless and it was easy to learn.
It can always be challenging managing a variety of personalities within a team. Everyone has a preference as to how they best work, but it is important to keep communication open within a team, and Airtable helps us all do that. It is a great software to keep teammates accountable and on task. If you are a manager, nothing really compares to Airtable's usability.
It can be hard for team members to adopt new softwares, especially if it is something they need to constantly add to their routine. It was hard to influence people to adopt a personal management system, but once buy-in was achieved it was appreciated by everyone!

I use Airtable to manage a non-profit publication in collaboration with a team of editors. We workflow bi-annual journal submissions and publications, monthly newsletters, communications and outreach, and fundraising initiatives in Airtable. I also organize research and process for my own personal/professional writing projects.
Love the available features, flexibility, and organization of this software! Spreadsheets are easy to build and offer, so far, all the functions I've needed. The options for field customization and relational linking are impressive in the free version, and have allowed me to build out rather creative and fine-tuned workflows. I also love the organization available at the dashboard/workstation level. Also, I'm not often compelled by "social" sharing functions in software like this, but the open source library where people share previous templates they've built is brilliant.
As a long-time, moderately sophisticated database manager and Excel user, I find little to complain about with Airtable. It does the job of bringing basic relational database functions to an intuitive, easy-to-use level, and that is all it needs to be.

Airtable has been a time saver for us and allowed us to organize and fine tune our processes. If they can get the mobile app bugs worked out, it would be amazing.
I use Airtable to manage my transactions. The easy to use spreadsheet style allows me to view data all in one area, without having to run reports or open different pages. The customization features allow me to set up the table exactly how I want it with filtering and automation. I switched from using a simple spreadsheet where I had to manually move items to different phases, the automation features have been a big time saver. It integrates easily with 3rd party software and is very user friendly.
We had problems with the mobile app not working at times. This was frustrating for our teams in the field, especially since this was a big selling point for us.

Airtable has allowed us to changed how we manage and organize content by creating a flexible, filterable library. This has filled a huge gap for us with a very easy to use solution.
Airtable is extremely flexible and can be customized in seemingly limitless ways. Airtable offers a lot of templates to get you started with how to use the solution, and you can easily customize or create your own Airtable from there. The organization capabilities of Airtable are unmatched and the ability to create a variety of fields (e.g. open text, check box, date, image, etc.) opens up so many possibilities. Finally, the ability to easily filter within Airtable using contains as well as and/or functionality makes it great for narrowing down information.
Airtable is extremely easy to use, but it doesn't always look that way, which can make it a bit intimidating for new users.

If I had to mention 3 things I really enjoy about Airtable, I know exactly what I'd mention: templates, Airtable apps and automation. I like the fact that I can create tables and databases from scratch or I can speed things up by using one of the many templates Airtable makes available to users. Content calendar, user research, marketing campaign, event planning, product catalog and much more...there are plenty of templates to choose from and customize. There are 50+ apps (including open-source ones) that, once enabled, can enhance your experience with Airtable and what it can do for you. And if you'd like to better streamline your workflow and get rid of repetitive tasks, Airtable automation will help you make that happen.
One thing I think could make Airtable even better than what it is today are different views

We can keep all of the information from many platforms together and constantly up to date, which cuts down on the time it takes to search Google or Outlook because it's already in Airtable. He has been an amazing performer in my field of work in tracking our workflow, allowing us to handle project information more efficiently and construct easy programs for our clients and ourselves without coding, nothing complicated. We can configure access levels for different users and build custom views in Airtable, which has helped us keep track of our equipment, calibrations, supporting papers, and manuals.
The capacity you have got to speed up work and open potential with effective apps that interface your information, workflows and groups, makes collaboration more effective and makes a difference keep a great record of all exercises performed during work . What I just like the most around Airtable is its client interface since it takes after that of a spreadsheet; it has made it simpler to get it, I like its effortlessness and the wide assortment of apparatuses it offers; permits you to effortlessly make basic programs and custom databases in minutes without coding. It's a awesome out-of-the-box arrangement for those looking to upgrade from Exceed expectations and Google Docs, my company was seeking out for a stage to store and oversee numerous of our information sets and workflows.
Some tools or settings are still in the Beta phase, which might cause some confusion; although being straightforward and simple to use, some features impose a tiny learning curve, and the mobile application interface is not that simple. We began utilizing Airtable for a single solution but it was incredibly expensive; as we worked out how to utilize it for many more applications, the expense became justified.

I'm constantly thinking about new things I want to do in Airtable. It's a joy to use. It requires training to use with a team but my team caught on very quickly. I recommend it to everyone, including those who have data to organize for personal projects!
Airtable is one of those no code tools that makes you feel like you could create anything — the limit is your imagination. I use it for SO many different business functions: it's our main project management tool, our CRM, we use it for bookkeeping and expense tracking, I used it to organize the media opportunities around my book launch, and that's just scratching the service. Sure, there's a bit of a learning curve between the interface, all the options, and advanced features like automations — I build on my knowledge to learn something new everyday. So to get the most out of it, you need to be open to continuously learning and thinking about ways to improve your workflows or seeking examples from others. I enjoy their new interface designer — it's clear that Airtable is continuously innovating. I use so many automations to help improve information flow and visibility with my team. You can also connect Airtable with other tools like Glide (as I have) to build a functional app with no coding experience.
Like any enterprise tool, it scales according to features and your plan type. You can't choose a lower priced plan for someone on your team if you have a higher priced plan. That's a bit tough for a small business — it's clear that tools like Airtable are perhaps better suited and affordable for the big guys. So I hope against all hope that Airtable won't phase out users like me because we also have so much to gain from affordable access to Airtable!
