Pros

There are premade templates that are great, and provides awesome insight on how powerful the software really is. I frequently use their social media calendar, and the project list.
It has a great community of users with helpful suggestions and awesome ideas. Using one such idea I hooked up Airtable to Slack using Zapier and built custom notifications for myself.
I like to see a whole month's worth of content at one time. It is also super helpful that one team member can upload content and another can download from a different location.

Pros

The support team is AWESOME, very kind, responsive, and committed to to the success of the user. The way in which the layout is displayed is fantastic.
Great product, very easy to use. I switched out of Asana/Clickup to Start Infinity as my team grew and needed to find an affordable solution, which they have out of their lifetime pricing offer.
The flexibility of this tool is unbeatable. The worspace-board-folder-tab-item setup is awesome.

Cons

What I dislike most about this software is that I cannot type extended sentences in one box. Whenever I try to paste a long sentence or paragraph the words go into the rows beneath.
Some features around forms are notably missing and it is hard to integrate work-arounds.
It was a mess trying to get it set up. Initially it was set up with separate paid spaces and then trying to get everything onto an enterprise plan was a huge headache.

Cons

The downside of getting in on Infinity right now is that it's still relatively early in the dev cycle - there are more features coming on all the time.
No reminders so diary is difficult. Not integrating with teams.
Another feature I am missing is the box view that is already in Clickup in which you can see in a snapshot of the workload of a team.

Infinity

Feature-rich, but overwhelming

Pros

Infinity is comparable to Airtable, so in that sense I already knew how to use it and it can do a lot. Roadmap is also solid.

Cons

I found it rather slow, to be honest. That was what really ticked me off. :( I'm not sure if it was my location, but because of the speed, it's hard for me to use it.

Infinity

Lot of Functionality and Real Value for Money

I am very happy with Infinity. I will definitely recommend it to others.

Pros

Using Infinity has made my life easier in so many ways. I am able to design the tables just the way I would like them to be. I can then analyse the data in ways that really help my practice. I had previously used the free version of Airtable, but there were too many limitations and the paid version can work out quite expensive. With Infinity, it has been a lot more affordable, and it has had certain functionality, such as subfolders and different views that I had not had before. it is definitely not as mature as Airtable, but I have seen a lot of progress in the last 8 months since I started to use it, and there are still many more things planned in the roadmap. It is my favourite software and possibly one of my best investments.

Cons

There is still some functionality that is being developed. However, there is a well established roadmap and they are very active and very responsive to the user community. I am happy with the progress.
