Pros

There are premade templates that are great, and provides awesome insight on how powerful the software really is. I frequently use their social media calendar, and the project list.
I like to see a whole month's worth of content at one time. It is also super helpful that one team member can upload content and another can download from a different location.
I love the low price-point and the amazing customer service they have, by far one f the most powerful low-cost database/spreadsheet tool out there.

Pros

Offline installation, safe code, many many many features (you're good when you use 10% of them), nice responsive interface, e-mail integration, customization, ease of maintenance and backup.
This is really amazing crm, what make better job on my company! easy to install, easy to use and with great community.
Yetiforce is one of the most feature-rich CRMs I have ever seen and is wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for alternatives to what is currently out there.

Cons

What I dislike most about this software is that I cannot type extended sentences in one box. Whenever I try to paste a long sentence or paragraph the words go into the rows beneath.
Some features around forms are notably missing and it is hard to integrate work-arounds.
It was a mess trying to get it set up. Initially it was set up with separate paid spaces and then trying to get everything onto an enterprise plan was a huge headache.

Cons

The system is completely useless when you cannot change the currency from USD to Euro.
The only downside for me at the moment is the lack of documentation, but it is a small price to pay for the quality of the product they produce.
Each phase implementation is quite time-consuming and needs excessive testing, but we have faced no major issues.

I use airtable as a CRM and project planner.

Pros

I love the variety of things you can do on Airtable. If you want to use it for a simple CRM or project tracker you can use one of many premade templates and have up and running within minutes. But you also customise your tables endlessly using a variety of features and add-ons. It has a great community of users with helpful suggestions and awesome ideas. Using one such idea I hooked up Airtable to Slack using Zapier and built custom notifications for myself. The custom fields are great for data validation and inserting formulae. It's a great product and really fun to use.

Cons

There's not a lot I dislike about it. I would say that when building complex formulae some better error messages would be useful. Sometimes it takes a long time to work out what you have done wrong (in my case a misplaced comma).

This is the easiest and user friendly free CRM. The tutorial is easy to understand, build your own CRM in short period of time. Fully integrated with full browser or mobile devices.

Cons

One of the function is address, if the system architect can implement street function, 1-click leads to map or navigation on mobile device, that will be a great help.

Fantastic - great data management, great results & outcomes reporting, great CRM and pipeline tracking

Pros

I love its intuitive style and ease of adding in fields and reports, based on what the business actually needs; it's not prescriptive in terms of pre-set fields, and is easy to add and amend as processes evolve. The layout, responsiveness and functionality - regardless of the cost (cheaper than other comparable products) - is second to none.

Cons

nothing - honestly can say this has been great and I only wish I'd discovered Airtable earlier for CRM, rather than pure data management, which it also does well.

A Terrific, Easy to Use, Customizable Online Database

We originally approached Airtable as a possible low-cost solution for our CRM needs. I loved the customizatibility, the colorful, easy-to-use interface, the library of templates and the integrations with MailChimp and Zapier. Ultimately, Airtable ended up not being able to easily accomadate some CRM features we needed, like lead-scoring and in-program communication with 1-to-1 email and SMS, although I think with some ingenuity and extended Zapier integration, we may even have been able to achieve that. We also found it difficult to design the kind of comprehensive reporting we need for analysis. We continue to use Airtable for simpler database needs, and it's a pleasure to work in. If you're looking for a database application, you owe it to yourself to at least give Airtable a try.

My overall experience is super smooth and it makes my life 10,000 times easier. I can add and maintain waves of prospects and clients as they enter my funnel and all the data is in a centralized location. That way if it gets too busy, I don't have to worry about losing track of new leads. I have recommended countless people to Airtable and will continue to do so.

Pros

Ease of use and the ability to quickly access and modify records. It's like a CRM to go.

Cons

Could use a better way to organize and categorize individual records and the data contained within.

We connected our registration flow to Airtable and managing all the CRM process over Airtable bases we structured.

Pros

Airtable gives very good flexibility to ones who know their way around spreadsheets. Also, templates are a great way to get things started.

Cons

I would love to have blocks (reports) being able to publish like a dashboard on a web page. Also having filters per block would be nice but I can understand why they don't throw more customization features on the product.

Really loving Airtable

I use it as a CRM, as swipe-file and more. You can do a great job organizing your data effectively with Airtable.

Pros

Is like an Excell with steroids. Using it you can easily make your own databases without programming.

Cons

I think this software is almost perfect so nothing that I don't like

Pros

I love to flexible, easy to set up, and useful this tool is. I've made a CRM, budgets, wedding shower planning, and many more.

Cons

If you know exactly what you wants, it's easy, but it comes with lots of pre-loaded templates.

Not Reccomended as a CRM

Was hoping to use this as a CRM integrated with other tools but the integration (zapier tools) is limited to very basic tasks

Pros

UI is excellent, fairly easy to get started with the platform

Cons

Integrations are limited to very basic functions

The most extensible and intuitive spreadsheet (and database)

For a fraction of the price of a project management app or a CRM, I've built both in Airtable and they work beautifully.

Pros

This software is amazing. It basically allows you to build custom applications. More powerful than a normal spreadsheet and way easier to use than a database, this software is great for organizing just about anything. You can set up a "base" to manage projects, plan a product launch, share feedback, and many more.

Cons

Their API is limited, you can only access at the "base" level and below, you can't access accounts to get a list of bases. If you could, you'd be able to share data across bases which would be fantastic.

We've implemented Airtable as a CRM for lead generation and tracking communication with new propsects for each of our clients. We are also using it internally as a CRM to track our clients, we have a base for managing our podcast production, our weekly blogs, and each of our contractors have their own base to track the progress of their work.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use and how clean and uncluttered it looks. It makes sorting, filtering, grouping so easy and easy to read. It also it so easy to track metrics - no need for formulas anymore.

Cons

I wish it could hide rows otherwise there is nothing I don't like.

Almost Perfect.

I use AirTable for CRM. It helps me to capture leads with a form, and then follow up by placing them in funnel-type categories.

Pros

I like most that AirTable is cloud-based software. It runs from any browser and any device. I also love that it has a robust app that runs on Mac OS.

Cons

The learning curve is still pretty high for someone used to using FileMaker and desperate to leave that aging platform.

Pros

We use airtable to track projects and assign tasks. It works fairly well for a small team.

Cons

Wish it integrated with email so that it could function more like a crm. The few times that we reached out to support as a paid subscriber they were slow and inefficient.

Powerful

I will still use Airtable. I just wished it was as easy to use as excel. The benefit would be that it is excel 2.0 where I can leverage a database storage system.

Pros

I enjoy the templates that saves time for startups. I enjoy the ease of use and versatility in sharing the platform for CRM and documentation review.

Cons

I do not enjoy that some of the templates have blocks and are integral to the airtable. I should not be suggested a template with blocks if I am not purchasing access to blocks. I do not enjoy how I can't use the Airtable like excel. I should be able to press enter and have a new row.
