Pros

Very easy to use and assign tasks and keep track of what has been completed and what we have left to do. Perfect for people who love to be organized.
What so great about it, is that even with a good interface the functionality was not compromised. In addition, the level of organization the website provides is beyond expectation.
Can help a project manager to determine and understand the inefficiencies in a project and work on improving them.

Cons

As you understand, with such a large team, we inevitably had problems with the work of the service.
Software cannot be used offline, adding new tasks takes a lot of time due to the need to perform a variety of actions, some additional functions are missing.
It is web based, while this can be seen as a pro depending on how you look at it, I see this as a con, whereas without internet connectivity, you won't be able to do offline work.
