Pros
It's great for communicating with my team and my clients. It has most of the features of other agency software, but at a fraction of the price. I like the task management and dependency, which some PM software lacks.
Cons
It lacks file upload capabilities, but we use Dropbox for that anyways. Team management is easy, but it could be easier if wanting to copy and paste teams.
