Pros

For people who work with computer on a daily basis (not programmers) it is good tool to report work and tasks progress. It has nice integration with Slack communicator.
As an engineer I am satisfied with Assembla reporting capabilities and task tracing. It is helpful to revert/find certain activities for reference.
The product is easy to use, the most important feature that I use everyday is the the Tickets and Wiki sections. The cardwall view is excellent.

Pros

The product has a good look and is easy to use. Regarding the integration of the processes, it is very good and agile with the other members.
It's great - I appreciate the seamless integration with its mobile device application. I like being able to tag people so they can put attention on some project.
Trello is a very powerful and visually appealing tool for time management. It is great for collaboration and has many advanced features.

Cons

I don't like that there is no emergency line as it should be in Kanban theory. I can't customise priorities.
Why are these different. I only use Assembla when I have to and it's always painful.
Right click and open in a new tab is awful because the tab takes over the window so to open multiple I need to right click, open in new tab, switch back to the previous tab, rinse and repeat.

Cons

I HATE that i can not see the archived tasks on the calender as an option. Not being able to archive a task after you complete it and still see it on the calender is a bummer.
Fear of insecurity is a shortcoming of the apps. Some bad people can use this app for their ill purpose.
The accidental "drag/move/delete" is scary for us because you can accidentally move a card when you're just trying to scroll over on the screen and that can be problematic.

Simple project management tool

This is one of the simplest project management tool out there. If you thinking of creating a plan from scratch, and dont have any clue of using more complex devops tools like Teams/Assembla/Wrike/Basecamp, Trello is the best

Pros

- Very simple and intuitive to use, requires little or no training to start using the software - Some of the the premium power-ups are very useful. I have used a power-up to automatically add a due date as soon as the tasks are created. - Multiple boards can be used within one account.

Cons

- Tasks can be deleted by mistake, and difficult to retrieve it. - It gets difficult to use when there are lot of tasks/users compared to agile/scrum tool. Everyone starts creating buckets like John - Pending, John - Completed, John - In Progress, John - Blocked. This creates 40 buckets if you have a 10 member team - Many of the power-ups should have been available as a feature of the product itself

Pros

Trello is a great service to organize projects into boards where the cards represent the tasks within the project (Kanban methodology). It is pretty visual and easy to collaborate with different mates. Additionally, it integrates with tons of products (included Atlassian products - Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket...), such as Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Assembla, Evernote, Github, Salesforce, Intercom, etc.

Cons

Nothing remarkable. To say something here, the time tracking can be improved, but, apart from that, Trello is a great tool to integrate in our lives (even out of the professional scope).
