Pros

With Avaza I have better control over the timeline and status of my projects. I love the invoicing and ability to send out the invoices and communications directly from the app.
The easy to use interface, which translates to mobile super easily. Really happy with a couple of features I cannot find elsewhere, which helps our companies efficiency and flow.
One other thing to know is that they have support chat in admin and often you get an instant response which is amazing customer service. I am so pleased I made the decision to work with Avaza.

Pros

I also appreciate the webhooks although I do not actually make use of them it is nice that they are available. The API is a great tool to take advantage of if you have the resources to use it.
It's nice to be able to provide compensation for employees who travel for the time they are actually traveling. I would like more tracking capability though, for not every employee is honest.
Free integrations is one of the positive things which is attracted to many users.I would recommend others to use the free trial and check if its worth for the price point.

Cons

Avaza allows me to keep all my clients and their individual projects in one place without sorting through a maze of emails (or worse - missing an email).
It's a little confusing having to add-on users for different license grades. One price per user/month or one block price for a subscription including a block of users for all grades would be simpler.
The software is inflexible in naming sections to something else and tasks to something else. That is a little thing but that is annoying.

Cons

User-interface sometimes look so childish. There are some synchronizing problems.
Sometimes I accidentally put my hours in the wrong category and have to delete and remake entry completely.
Not sure if you can easily edit erroneous of incomplete entries after saving.

Avaza

Avaza ended up being the best value PSA system that we have tried.

A low cost, good quality PSA solution that was easy to implement.

Pros

The value for money. Easy to set up and get running quickly. Customer support has been quick to answer and respond.

Cons

Wish it had better calendar like time tracking. We spend most of our time tracking in a day view which is less than efficient. Difficulty in managing projects from the time view: adding tasks, updating project details, etc.

Hi Adam, Thanks for your review. Just wanted to add a few thoughts here :) - You can track time in week-view. This allows you to view all projects/categories and tasks you have tracked time for in a certain week, and add more time or make changes. - Most of the difficulty you are facing in managing projects from Timesheets module is by design, because these changes can only be made by Project Managers and Admin users. - We are hoping to add an option to add a task from within the Timesheet popup itself, and also a calendar view for your projects. Best value for money

I am running my entire business on Avaza Basic Plan for $19.95 per month. It gives me access to Project Management, Time & Expense Tracking & Invoicing modules. Prior to Avaza I was signed up for two separate products. One for project management and the other for time tracking and invoicing. It costed me a lot more and we had to enter the same data multiple times to keep the two systems in synch. With Avaza everything is in one place and our clients love it too.

Outstanding experience. and time tracking
